Dude, I owe you for that heads up! I picked up a SE Hardmaster cp, all the Wraiths, all the Bazooka Troopers, all the BATs and all the Para-Vipers! Theres still a Hardmaster cp, a Wild Bill Scrap Iron cp and a Beachhead Mainframe cp, a few Mutt and Junkyards, a few Tiger Force Dukes, A Crock Master and some Arctic Snake Eyes left.

Target in Mantua off of Rt. 55 is LOADED with Ultimate battle packs...they are on the shelves in the action figure isle AND on the top of the shelves in the radio controlled toy isle! Happy Hunting!

So the idea Vega is that we buy some of the peg warmers and donate them to childrens of vets overseas or just toys for tots.. Doing a great thing during the holiday season and moving some of the shelf warmers.. making room for new inventory.

i believe he went to manalapan, got it mixed w/ manahawkin, cus if he was to take 9 to manahawkin from jackson, it would be a very long trip, only way for 9 an jackson to make sence, would be takin' 571 to 9 in tr, an then hop on the parkway right there at the home depot. an he said he had to go to fh mall, manalapan is in that area. jersey gotta a lot of indain named towns that have man in it, its easy to mix up! an i was wondering bout that sj club, so nothin yet huh? that sucks, i thought you forgot bout me lol!!

I'm planning on going back there in a hour. I bought it on Sunday at 7:30, realized I didn't really need to spend $5 and I could use that to buy something I did want (The mini TDK Two Face that is in close enough scale with the Joes). I was litterally standing outside of Target weighing the choice for ten mins. I must have looked crazy. Finally it was down to a coin flip.

Don't blame me. Blame Washington. If it is still there, I'll let you know.

Hey guys, I know this should go in my BST thread but I figured I'd ask here first since shipping these would be a huge pain in the ass. I have a few of the recent GI Joe Headquarters (http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/01/headquarters/) playsets. I have 2 (I think) of the ARAH packaging (orange and blue) and 1 of the GvC packaging (black). All are MIB and have been taking up space in my storage unit for years. Anyone in the SJ/Philly area interested in one (or two, or three :D)?

I also have quite a bit of GvC stuff that I wouldn't mind unloading but don't feel like sorting through properly unless I have a serious buyer who wants to take a big chunk of it... so again, I'm asking local first. Off the top of my head I know I have MOC every 2-pack up to about halfway through Spy Troops, a handful of Hiss IVs (http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/02/hiss4/) (MIB but missing the drivers I think), at least one Night Attack Chopper (http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/02/nightattackchopper/) (and maybe a desert (http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/03/nacdesert/) one too, not sure), Hoverstrike (http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/03/hoverstrike/), maybe more, all MIB.

Target in Howell had the FIREBAT and SHARC TOOTH, I actually bought a FIREBAT and would really love to trade it for a SHARC TOOTH. I still have the original package and no stickers have been applied. Im in Sayreville, so lmk. Targets from WOODBRIDGE on down to Howell have the ULTIMATE BATTLE SET. I also have an extra RATTLER if anyone is hurting for one ...or two. As of last night there were several of each of wave 7 comic packs at the West Berlin Walmart. Also there was 1 each of the Hardmaster and DataFrame sets but I took those. No sign of ScrapIron though.

Linden Target had a poorly painted Matt Trakker, which I debated for 2 minutes since I don't have one (I left it there). Also a Desert AWE (left that there, too).

Was out shopping today. Marlboro Target has 3 of the Ultimate Battle Packs (with MOBAT, etc.) and a bunch of Rattlers and Conquests. Not much for figures though. Also was in the Freehold Toys R Us near the mall and they had tons of Firefly vs. Greenshirts and the Crimson Guard 5-packs. Didn't see either the air or sea command 3-packs though. No new single pack figs or comic packs at TRU either.

I was there yesterday and your only lucky to find anything if you work at the Toy R us in Freehold. Their are 2 employees that collect and work the midnight shift and 1 of them is a big army builder. So I pretty much stay clear from there because I never find anything there. Kay bee in Ocean County Mall has wave 11 and the Toy R Us across from it has a lot of older stuff.

I scored an entire set of SRO 2 at toys r us toms river yesterday for 8.99 each. all 3 sets, 9 figures, for less than $30 with tax. what a deal! I left one sea command set, which was still there today.

Also, Walmart toms river HAD wave 13. When I got there, all that was left was a lone resolute duke, which I picked up.

well that would make a difference,,, its a trip though, i worked in millville , i did the ashly furniture store on high street, an its a hike to get out that way. though i believe turnersville may be lil north of there, but cherry hill is still a bit of a ride as well! but if you're up for the trip an got gas an time an they are always filled, then it would be worth it . see our local stores suck! vega an drill can tell ya.. so when i think of oh im gonna try trenton, i think well that would suck to go out there cus its a different town thinkin its gonna be a different scenerio, joe fans are all over.. most likely i would be wastin my time traveling. i traveled, sometimes hit. but i would eat through gas an come home empty handed. i gave it up, i go to stores only when something that's a exc drops, or like today, if i need to pick somethin up! i gave up on hope when it comes to stores..

I stopped by TRU in Iselin today to do some Christmas shopping for my son.

They finally had the Wave 2 SRO sets. I picked up the Air and Sea, so there's one Iron Grenadier set if anybody wants it.

They also had a Bazooka Trooper and a Wraith; passed on both of those for now.

So is Torch this year's Buzzer? And good to see we have a new Cobra Commander to warm the pegs. At least Resolute Duke seems to be selling - I haven't seen much of him. Looks like for the moment the Resolute Trooper has replaced the BAT - I have only seen one.

I have to agree. I've seen several or so bats over the last few weeks and even a blue wraith, but only one resolute trooper and his card was crushed to a pulp.

Where there were 4 on the shelves a few days ago, I took the last one on the shelf. What a difference $8 makes....

Bought the last Bazooka Troopers and FANG/CLAW packs at Kay Bee. Finally found DVD sets 4 and 5 at my local TRU. That place is chock full new SRO packs too. Other than that everywhere around here is cleaned out.

I want to trade a FANG for a Flight Pod and a Tele-Viper... anyone down?

I was in the Rt. 55 Mantua Target yesterday morning. The single card figs were dry - except for a cartoon Baronness and Torch. But the comic packs were filled.

o.c. brothers. if you are a resolute troop builder tru in t.r got like 6 of em, they got the whole wave 13 in multiples just to let you know. an kmart 37 got vehicles on sale 12.99 or something, but i took the firebat an awe..

nada, buncha wave 13 mostly an comic packs. no airbourne, if i come accross em i'll hide em for ya an let you know what store an where at. you would have to do the gettin though cus out of you an tuga you are the closest.

I just got home from hitting the TR TRU. Thanks to Unclassified's post I got 5 more Resolute Troopers. There were still a bunch of wave 13 and SRO packs. No Airbornes though.

My family and I were in the Concordville,PA Target today on the way hom from visiting family. In the Joe section, the single figs were the normal peg warmers but, there were a couple 25th silver foil wild bill's. The amazing thing was the assortment of vehicles on the shelves...i saw a conquest x-30, a sharc with deep six, a firebat with avac, a vamp, an some ubp's...so if anyone can get there...have fun!

Mays Landing TRU has about 200 sro packs of all varieties. No joke. Theres a 5x5x5 mesh box filled to the brim with them in the center isle.
Mays Landing Target has Resolute CC, Duke and Firefly, Wild Bill/Scrap Iron CP, Beach Head/Data Frame CP and a ton of Rattlers.

I checked and plane tix to KC are around $350. right now. Theres gotta be a way we can team up on travel and rooms to make it worth our while.

i went to Deptford Target and TRU this morning... TRU was wiped clean, and Target had some pegwarmers and remnants of a wave 13 case (i.e. no Blowtorch or Resolute Trooper). hope this helps you narrow your search.

In other news, TRU Cherry Hill was packed to the gills with exclusives and comic packs up to wave 6. There was literally one Wild Bill on each single fig peg, nothing else. Mantua Target had 2 single pack figs on the shelf, a Torch and a Snake Eyes (commando but with comic book in the right corner) on the other hand, they had vehicles if anyone is looking for them. And, they had quite a few UBP in the clearance section. When I examined them closely, all of the Cobra Commanders in the flightpods were missing the blue helmet...unless it is packaged someplace else in the pack.

Probably the one bad thing about the UBP is that the helmets are all packaged separately in the box. It would look a lot better to display if the helmets were on the figures - it shouldn't be only CC who is missing his helmet. I think most Targets I looked at have 4-5 of them in clearance.

i saw the WB on my rounds today (during which i picked up some wave 13 at Mt Laurel Target... sorry, everybody, i only left the Torch and FF). i don't understand how an employee could accept that return. it looks ridiculous. even someone who has never seen an action figure before should be a little suspicious.

anyway, also saw some wave 12 at Target in Marlton/Evesham if anybody is still looking for them. Tripwire, Ninja Viper, PP CG, and some other decent stuff. i left all of them on the pegs. Also, Marlton Wal-Mart has loads of pegwarmers (natch!) and also 2 CLAW/FANG packs and quite a few other vehix.

Made the rounds today. For those looking for Airborne: Sicklerville Target had 1, Mantua Target had 2 (looks like 2 cases of this revision (http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HAS16170&mode=retail) fresh out there). Sicklerville also had a bunch of UBPs at $45. And... dammit, I knew I should have taken notes. Resolute remnants everywhere, Blowtorch and Trooper at I THINK Sicklerville Target and Deptford TRU. Deptford Target had Fang/Claw and a Firebat. Turnersville Walmart has shittons of HISS tanks and not much else. Deptford Walmart had squat. DVD sets 3 and 4 on shelves almost everywhere along with comic wave 6. Saw exactly ONE Dusty with straps. Thought about picking it up and returning it sans straps, but I'm not a douche.

Just an FYI - My Dad used Welcome to goodstufftogo Homepage: Find it all on goodstufftogo.com (http://www.goodstufftogo.com) out of Overland Park, KS to order Airborne and Blowtorch and they arrived within 2-3 of the order in packing peanuts and a HASBRO box both in mint/near mint condition. I was very impressed. Plus, their prices aren't that bad.

yeah, it took spacemonkeymafia to convince me they were legit.. i looked at the site for months, just didnt like the .net, it didnt sound to secure. but he swore up an down they were great ppl. an i tried it, an i am very happy wit' em. the prices are great on most singles, the high in demand ones like the eel will go for more. an the vehicles an comics are like a dollar or to more then average.
but most of you guys, not you guys in general, but guys on here buy from bbts, an when comparin' the prices, i would go with gstg.

I have seen a few battlepacks 3&4. Haven't sighted 5 yet. All the dusty's are missing the straps. Glad I got these through HTS weeks ago, and a Dusty WITH straps. Not much else new here.

Any retail NJ sightings of Comic W8 yet? I have read reports of it in PA and NY, but don't think I have seen signs here yet

I actually picked up wave 8 packs last week at Khols in cherryhill of all places and also found IG/Viper pack also.
I actually have a large list of ALL the vehchles todate up for trades and also an extra IG/VIPER pack and tunnel rat that i might be willing to part with for good trades.

I suspect we may see comic pack W8 start hitting soon. I found 2 "Best of" packs today, seems Walmart has the ASA battle pack where Dusty has straps - the one I have seen at Target are sans-straps. I saw 2/3 W7 comic packs at Walmart tonight as well - for some reason I see a lot more IG/Viper and Gung Ho/BACC than Deep-Six/RnR.

Saw it tonight at Walmart in East Windsor. I think I saw it last week at Walmart in Hamilton as well. Also saw Ghost Hawk and Sting Raider but left them as I have my allotment of them already. As they make more and more stuff, I need to slow down my buying to conserve both cash and space!

No good Joe sightings tonight. I did see the reset at my local Walmart - hopefully they will get some stuff in. Target is reset as well, but only Resolute CC and Torch.

I stopped in Marshalls on a whim and on my way out saw a bunch of Indiana Jones figures. Picked up an Elsa Schneider and Vogel, and two canvas topped trucks. They also have the Prince Caspian castle for $40 - I may pick one up, it's a heck of a lot better price than TRU had. And after seeing that Fisher Price castle post, it makes me want a nice castle to house IG destro and his men.

Mays Landing TRU had a Resolute Duke, so I got him. I'm honestly surprised that he was left and not Firefly (which I want). Oh well, at least I know next week I'll probably have Resolute CC and Firefly.

The Ultimate Battle Pack is now 38 bucks at Target Mays Landing and Manahawkin.

Oh if you need the SRAs from TRU, Mays Landing has about 200 of them. I'm not joking. They are everywhere.

i'll be at the show... but, honestly - and i don't mean any particular bash toward this event, as i have not been to it in the past - i have never been to any toy/comic show that has had decent prices on new stuff. i've found vintage stuff at decent prices, but never new. i don't plan on spending a lot of money.

anyways... i snagged 2 Cobra Divers today at Mount Laurel Target. i left the rest of what appeared to be 2 cases of wave 12 (Ninja-Vipers, PP CGs, etc). if anyone still needs wave 13 Firefly, try Cherry Hill Target, as they had 3 of them this morning.

I dunno, that 4th-and-10 with just under 2 to go certainly looked like a PI non-call. You know, like the one in the 1st that had the Eagles settle for a FG. Don't get me wrong, Arizona played a good game, a nearly perfect 1st half. But the game essentially ended on a ridiculous non-call. Had Curtis simply dropped the ball without being ankle-talked beforehand, then yeah, I'd agree that they blew it, or at least got out-played. But that drive should have continued. Would they have choked before getting the touchdown? Maybe, maybe not. I really would have liked to find out though.

Oh yeah, I think I have convinced my wife to let me take my 8 1/2 mo. old out to the show on Sunday...so if you see a guy with a carriage and a little guy sitting up and chattering away in baby speak - it might be me! We have to find someway to distinguish ourselves...I say we all get "Hello My Name Is..." stickers and use our ID names from the Tank...this way if I run into Destro or Hellion or Tuga they know who I am...what do you guys think? Or maybe we should set up somekind of Central-South Jersey collectors club with a unit and a logo...like the guys in Michigan did...

no EELs, but there were about 4 or 5 Snow Serpents at the Burlington Wal-Mart when I went there on Sunday.

i haven't had any luck with EELs either. i've gotten 12 through trades, but never seen one in a store. i have found 4 Divers, though.

They sat so long I returned em to the Deptford Walmart just after Xmas. I woulda sold you what you needed at cost... we need to get more organized, lol.

man if i would of known, i could of definitely hooked you up, i ended up gettin more just for the fur for customs, an definitely could of spared one for you. but the problem is, i gotta a lot of joes i mean a lot of this 25th you guys dont even have a clue. (i got like 30 vehicles just under my bed) an the room was bein deleted faster an faster, especially after these last few waves of crap. an needed to make room so i opened all my figures up an put em in a storage box. i went through a 200 box of snack bags in no time an had to run out an get another box. an only kept one moc sorry, if i would of known months ago man i would of gave you one. i have no more closed due to room.

man oh man... went on a relatively lengthy hunt on my day off from federal employment today and came home with exactly jack squat. sorry state of affairs in the central/south jersey area for Joes. the only stuff of merit that i saw were a few wave 12 figures at a Target or two, but passed on them as i have all i want. WMs seemed to be stuffed with pegwarmers and TRUs had very few singles, some pegwarmer-type CPs and a TON of wave 2 SROs and CG 5-packs... but little to no stuff of interest. come on, wave 14, 15, etc!!!! i don't know about the rest of you guys, but i'll be stopping all my hunting activity until word drops on the next waves.

Yo guyz I really had a great time meeting up with some new faces but some of us Jersey guys got together and thought maybe we should make some jerseyz that represent New Jersey Hiss Tank Members so we know who to look for when we go to special events like this. Destro was telling me that they sell T-Shirts here but we Jersey guyz need something else like maybe an iron on patch with the State of New Jersey in green and a Hiss Tank on top of the state, but if someone here can come up with a better idea post them here. It would help all of us guyz recognize each other better. So what do you guyz think?

yeah it was packed in there! seen some cool toys i used to have an havent seen in god knows how long, there was a yoda puppet there that i had as a lil kid back in like 81 82, i almost got it for memories but i walked.. but i kinda regret not gettin it now! my girl got star wars stuff for her kid.. that one dude sellin joes had em for 6.90 that was a great price i wasnt expecting that. but he didnt have anything i needed! was hopin on some eels!

First of all let me just say I was VERY VERY happy to meet you guys on Sunday! It was worth the trip to meet you guys and to the future Mrs. Lucard :). Zachary had a great time! He even helped his grandfather pick out some H-O scale train cars for his Christmas train for next year :) I had fun just standing around talking with you guys! We ARE an intelligent bunch of collectors! I would love to get together with you all!

UC- I WAS looking for you! I did not get to tell the rest of the group about the cell phone story...

As I was prepping Zach's bottle at my house, I sat him on the kitchen counter with my cell phone to play with and before I could grab him he threw my cell down the kitchen garbage disposal...I came to the show anyway and then spent my Sunday late afternoon trying to fish it out and I got it...

Back to the shirts...I'm thinking we get hisstank t's and then get an iron on patch or a sew on patch with a NJ logo on it...Do we want ALL of NJ? Do the Northern NJ guys want to be included?

If you've ever seen the Florida Marlins uniform, they wear a pinstripe jersey with a black t-shirt underneath with the patches on the short sleeves of the t-shirt. I was thinking something like that...

As far as logos, we could go basic and just use a Joe/Cobra sub-group logo - but I have some ideas. My father-in-law coaches American Legion baseball and his team 2 years ago, go figure, was the "Cobras"...so I am going to ask him to fwd me a pic of the logo. Also, I am going to check a sports logo website for all of the "snake" related logos I can find. Do we want to incorporate NJ somehow? I mean we are the home of the Battle of Monmouth and several other Revolutionary battles...we have Dix, McGuire, Monmouth, Earle, the CG in AC, the AF Reserves in AC...We could incorporate the military somehow?

I did get the TNMT set... for my office.
I was looking at merging a simple garden state green outline with a cobra insigna but my photoshop skills are lacking. Vega mentioned a NJ outline with a hiss tank superimposed. We can go with a Viper helmet with guns across the back superimposed on a jersey state. The choices are almost endless. Then I was thinking we could put some slogan around that. Kinda like the SF shirts. "You can run but then you will just die tired" "One shot. One kill" etc..

It seems like fellow tankers have been the most interesting sightings lately. My area is pretty dry - Target had 2 cases of W12 with the divers picked clean before I got there. Walmart has had the same Bludd, jet pack duke and Hawk/Scarlett comic pack that's been sitting for a couple months. I have also noticed a lot more people checking out the Joes. I hope when the new comic packs finally hit I get there early enough!

Miss B I really like that Cobra Jersey Logo too. I can make this happen and we can get the HISSTANK.COM website name on the sleeve and our names on the back of the jersey. Again this would be for everyone who lives in Jersey but everyone else could do the same but should come up with there own state logo. How many thumbs up can we get? if we were to make 2 groups for north an the south, the south could be called the pineland pit vipers! an the north be the north jersey noks or something. lol is any one a graphix artist here? maby actually draw up the ideas. an we def need to work on a nmae an pick one an get this thing rolling. vega said he can make the shirts happen, we would have to find out how much it would cost an who's goin in on it to make it happen an how much it would be evenly. the initial cost of the print would be the most, you pay for that , an then never have to have it made again just have to pay to get shirts in the future! def diggin our names on the back too. unclassifieds gonna look sweet!
