I've checked Ebay and one or two British sellers had J-10's available. They wanted about $58 for the jet plus shipping. Wright's Collectibles was the name of one seller. It's a steep price but if you want a J-10, that may be the only way to go.
Also, I was at the East Side Green Bay Target today. They had the pegs full of joes, POC ones. I picked up 2 Alley Vipers but they had the usual Jungle Viper,Duke,Arctic Destro mix. So it doesn't look like Target East will be getting any 30th anniversery figures.
Check your Walgreens though, a couple of the Walgreens have got new figures in, for $10.99 each though. Oh well, that about what the Vipers are going for on Ebay anyway.

WalMart on the West Side had the Renegades figures in-stock, all of them. I grabbed the Commander figure - not entire sure why to be honest. I guess I like his look enough.

There were also some troop builders from the first 30th wave.

so - we've been seeing what is referred to on some sites as 2012 waves 1 and 2. What's in wave 3?

Are we going to have a long dry spell now, with the same figures shipping over and over or not at all?

Wave 3 is supposedly going to have Tunnel Rat, Ripcord, Cobra Trooper, Scarlett, Steel Brigade, Iron Grenadier, Viper, Cobra the Enemy, Storm Shadow (Renegades) Hazard Viper, Techno Viper, and Stalker (Modern).

A mix of new figures and some repacked army builders. I don't think it'll be a long dry spell (since a lot of stores don't have waves 1 or 2 yet), but I think we'll see Wave 3 before Christmas.

Oh, the WalMart in Menomonee Falls/Germantown had the VAMP MK II and the Black Dragon. Picked up a VAMP for $20, which is an EXCELLENT price IMO.

I agree that the price Wal-Mart has on the vehicles is, keeping them at $20 is nice. I picked up the Vamp II already but has anyone seen the Crimson HISS?

I was almost going to break down and buy one of those c-130's at TRU today because there was only one left on the shelf, but then I saw that Ultimate Slave I boxed set was on sale for only $75 so I bought one of those. I'll sell off everything but the Slave I and hopefully recoup most of that cost. I just want the larger Slave I!

Anyway, TRU in Madison had not much new in the way of Joes - well some of the recent figures, the skystriker, and the vehicles, but they had at least two, if not three cases of the newest Marvel Universe wave - X-23, Ultron, Darkhawk, etc...

The Targets in Green Bay each got a case of Wave 2 of 30th Anniversery figures. My awesome wife picked up a Viper for me when she was at the Westside Target on Friday. She is an understanding wife.
Still have not spotted the Crimson Hiss though.

Green Bay Targets and Wal-Marts have been getting in Wave 2 of 30th anniversery figures. Target finally got some new figures in. TRU has even stocked some wave 1 30th figures. The Wal-Marts have been getting several Vamp II's and VTOL jets.
TJ MAXX and Big Lots in Green Bay have been devoid of any joe stuff. Big Lots got in the PTE Rocket Copter but that was the only new PTE item.
Anyone find the Crimson Hiss?

As of 10 minutes ago, WalMart in Sun Prairie had Renegades Duke (x2), Renegades Firefly (x2), Renegades Cobra Commander (x2), Renegades Snake Eyes (x2) and an assortment of PoC figures. They also had a single Iron Grenadier, but I grabbed him for my army. They also had the 30th VAMP (x2) and the Black Dragon (x3).

I found the PTE Ground Patrol Unit at the Green Bay Big Lots. The jeep and motorcycle is something I already have but the trailer is really a cool accessory.
I also found the Steel Brigade trooper with the Snake Eyes body at the Green Bay West Wal-Mart. Most stores in the Green Bay area have 30th anniversery figures and vehicles. Unfortunately, it appears the Renegades stuff is just sitting. Oh well, it's nice to see more GI JOE Stuff on the pegs

Stopped at a Fleet Farm yesterday, and Siegie1129 was correct on the prices for Wave 3 POC and Bravo vehicles. Picked up a few figures to donate to Toys for Tots. Plus they had Star Wars vintage figures at the same price (I think) which is a REALLY good price. Picked up a Yoda.

Hello everyone. Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.

It's been kinda quiet in the Green Bay area for GI JOE Stuff. TJ MAXX got in some ROC Night Ravens and that's it for closeout stuff. Wave 2 of the figures have hit the Targets/Walmarts and TRU. I haven't seen the Crimson Hiss yet.
Big Lots still has quite a bit of PTE stuff,even after Black Friday. Seems like it is selling slower than last year. So if you are looking for the Rocket Copter(with no rockets), Little Bird,Chinese Tank,Infantry Fighting Vehicle, Base Transport Unit, and Watchtowers, Big Lots in GB has a bunch of them.

Not Joe-related, but Target East in Madison has clearanced out their Pirates of the Caribbean stuff. It's just the first round, so the ship is still $35 and the rest at 75%. If anyone sees that they drop further than that, can you post here? I'd love to get that ship and many of the other stuff but only at 50% or better.

TRU in Madison has two Renegades Ripcords warming the pegs along with lots of wave 2. Ripcord seems like he's going to be the universal peg-warmer from wave 3. There were also two Black Dragons and two Crimson HISS Tanks.

WalMart in Sun Prairie still has three Renegades Cobra Troopers, two Renegades Ripcords and two Renegades Tunnel Rats, along with the usual wave 2 stuff and a couple of Arctic Destros.

Target in Sun Prairie has nothing but wave 2 stuff and a few Arctic Destros. I swear to God, I need to find a really good custom use for that figure and just buy them all up!

Playing for the odds here, has anyone seen the Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword gold wiimote bundle hanging around at Wally World or Kmart? I had multiple chances to grab one, but was still undecided at the time on getting a wii. When I finally decided to get one, they all disappeared.

If anyone does see one and is able to grab it for me, I can paypal you asap plus a finders fee for the help or I can come pick it up if it's in the Madison, Milwaukee, Racine, or surrounding areas. If you can't pick it up for me, you can just tell me where you saw it, this is particularly for the tankers in the areas I just mentioned though. Thanks in advance.

Dodgeville WM does not carry Joes or MU.

Dodgeville Walgreens has an Airtight left (I got the Law & Order). $11 for a fig is insane, but it's worth the extra $3 to not have to worry about getting him.

Ranging from the Movie figs to the first line of Renegades figs and everything in between (POC etc). They also have a bunch of vehicles and the cool hard master/snake eyes apprentice comic pack as of Friday. They also had two-packs of assorted gi joe comics in there magazine/coloring book aisle, but nothing that valuable in the packs, but great priced if I remember correctly. The toy area is massive and they do have a lot of GI Joe stuff if anyone's interested. Im definitely gonna check this spot more often.

The secret's OUT...I've been to that Evans twice, really nice old school store. They had EVANS in Kewaunee and Two Rivers, both have closed. They have a good selection of Star Wars and Lego stuff too. Plus board games.

They had some basic figures, deluxe figures, mid-size vehicles and the QuinJet. No HeliCarrier.

While I do want to get a Goliath Tank (disappointingly small though) Assault Jet, and QuinJet - I passed as I just couldn't see spending the money. Perhaps target will have them on sale shortly after release like they do for most new toy lines.

well i traveled today up to eau claire today
cleared out target up there(scarlett, ripcord, and a zombie viper)
and the walmart was bare for figures
in Wisconsin dell(second exit heading to the dells from Madison there is a big sign) walmart i left a scarlett on the pegs and a verson b SB too(grabbed Techno Viper, Zombie Viper, ripcord, tunnel rat, ren Cobra Trooper, lifeline, sci-fi and airtight)
and madison walmart only had a verson b SB on it's pegs
so now i'm only missing 2 figures now from the new waves :P

If i find something here thats a couple hours away and so forth. When i went to Ohio for a month I could go out for 3 or 4 hours and hit 20 to 30 stores in 4 or 5 different towns/cities if i wanted to. I met another tanker who met me in my town that I got Sci Fi and Airtight from at actual cost. I got lucky cause he had a relative in my town and he was visiting. That's tough to do here, at least often.

I FOUND A RENEGADES STORM SHADOW AT TARGET EAST IN MADISON!

Sorry for yelling, I was excited to actually see that in the wild. I also broke down and bought two techno vipers and a hazard viper since I was splurging. I picked up 3 clearanced Hydra soldiers (deluxe Captain America figs). It was very exciting. For those that collect Marvel Legends - the new figures are there - the full case was on the pegs. at 14.99 a pop, I imagine they'll be there for a bit.

I bought Sci-Fi so I could display him with his alternate helmet. (sort of like a trooper or something) And I've found a couple Techno Vipers recently.

Thanks, I'll have to check the Walgreens on Mason/Oneida and see if the both figures are still there. With Target's price increase, Walgreens figures don't seem that expensive anymore.

Luckily there are alot of DG's in our area. GB, Seymour, Kaukauna etc. etc. Now that I have my set, I am content. I never pay scalpers prices for anything. I keep reading posts on other threads about people buying up all these things when they see them. Ticks me off. Why do you need 5 sets? Scalpers and "army builders" make it tough on the casual collectors out there.

I live in Howard outside of Green Bay so I called the Eastside GB Dollar General to see if they had the $6 Basic GI JOE figures. The employee stated Yes so I quick ate my supper and drove over to the Eastside DG(It's about a 8 mile trip one way so I didn't want to waste gas). Sitting on the bottom of a shelf in the toy section was a FULL SET of the GI Joe figures. So I snapped them up. I like the figures. There is a fair number of DG's in WI so good luck to those looking.
I"ll admit that I wouldn't mind additional Cobra Troopers in the Black uniform.

In other news, I talked with the GB TRU manager and they will be doing a GI JOE REtaliation reset in two weeks for the 5/28 release date.

Wow, two other tankers from Green Bay. That is cool. I'm next door in Howard. I'm surprised TRU put out any new stuff on a Wednesday, usually they stock new stuff on Friday/Saturday. I'm not interested in any of the Retaliation figures(except maybe Red Ninja). But the 3 packs seem cool. Now I wonder how much Retaliation stuff will be released with the movie delayed.

TRU still had a red ninja as of Wed. afternoon. They had all of wave 1 except CC, C Trooper, and Zartan. I really only want CC and Zartan. 9.99 is too much for these figs. I like the DG Joes better. I might pick up a couple of the Retaliation vehicles, but most of that stuff I'll wait for clearance. I can't believe the movie is delayed for 9 months! That totally sucks!

I ran over to TRU (Madison) this morning to see what I could grab in the unlikely event that the movie toys will not be further released or whatever.

I found 2 fangboats (bought 1), the AWE striker (bought), Ghost Hawk (left), HISS Tank (bought!), both 3-packs (bought 1 of each, left a dojo set), and 3 single figures - an RB, duke, and SS (left all).

If I don't see the rest of the toys for the next 9 months I won't feel like I'm missing too much. I can't imagine hasbro asking retailers to ship back stuff to them that is due to hit shelves next week, but I can see them not shipping out more. My advice - buy it if you think you might want it, you can always return it later.

Also, I was surprised to see the Amazing Spider-Man and Dark Knight figures out. The Mattel dark knight figures are really horrible. The ASM, meh - I grabbed a modern Doc Ock because he looks pretty good and seems to have good articulation, but that's it.

Appleton TRU has wave 1 out. I grabbed Joe trooper and both 3 packs. The rest is still there plus more 3 packs. No vehicles that I could see. Im not taking pictures you'll just have to believe me.

I picked up the last two Retaliation 3 Packs at TRU GB today.
I looked at both GB Dollar Generals and the Depere one, no restocks of the Joes. The manager at the Depere DG told me they were not ordering more which would stink if it true.
It looked like the West Side GB Wal-Mart was doing inventory so expect much out new until the inventory is done. If you want some comedy, check out their clearance section in the front of the store. They still have some ROC figures for the "low" clearance price of $7.

I stopped at Target in SP this morning - looks like they had most of the wave 1 case out - cobra soldiers, se, ss, black cc, rb, and one zartan. Even with them being pretty rare until next year now, I just couldn't see picking them up at $10 each - even the troopers. I'm sure that I'll regret it when these figures skyrocket on eBay, but for now I passed.

They also had 1 each of the ghost hawk and hiss along with 1 each of the 3-packs.

I put together the HISS I bought yesterday. I love how it needs to get put together like the old days, but the finished product is just kind of meh. It has actually lowered my desire for the Shockwave HISS. I'll still try to get it, but now I won't be so crushed if I can't.

Kamakura? I saw him once when Aldi got some ROC figures and snagged him. That figure was near impossible to find. The West Side Walmart had some ROC Eels, Elite viper and Baroness if I remember right.

Yeah, it only happened once that I know of but Aldi did get some Joe figures in Oct/Nov of 2009. It was a special purchase for the holidays. They got in the Kamakura wave. It was advertised in thier ad. It was the only time I went to an Aldi store.
I went on a road trip today to the Dave and Busters at Wauwatosa. Didn't find any Joe stuff.
Stopped by the Dollar General in Lomira off of Hwy 41. No dice on the Basic Joe figures, only the old single carded O-ring figures.

TRU Express is back at Johnson Creek - they opened this weekend instead of Labor Day weekend. This could mean the store becomes a year-round presence. Not too much there yet, looks like they are still putting out product, but perhaps there will be some gems there.

I hit Dollar Generals in Sun Prairie, Pardeeville and Montello. Neither had the Joes we are looking for.

Oddly enough, the Montello DG still had pegs full of those old VvV Joes packed on the smaller cards with no accessories. The Sun Prairie store is very close to my house, so I keep checking there every couple of days. The employees are friendly and helpful, but no luck yet.

I have exactly one. And I've seen exactly one. (no blue CC yet though) For a lot of people, we got the Amazon pack and have no need for the figures that are basically repacks from that. (which is why the inclusion of the black suit CC is so annoying...) The Army Builders are the only ones that I really wanted other than Zartan and Blue CC. So for wave 1 I'm down to only needing Blue CC. This whole debacle still sucks... I'm afraid they are going to re-release all of wave 1 over again in March and we'll be stuffed to the gills. Then the later waves will barely ever see any peg time.

I really need to stop at N.E.W. Hobby also and pickup some Tamiya Flat Black and Flat Brown paints and the other hobby store behind Olive Garden to get some Tamiya Clear Red spray paint so maybe this week I'll be there.....and might have to stop at Tilted Kilt too :)

Stopped at Target GB East tonight with hopes of finding a Skystriker-no luck. They did put out Retaliation stuff. As of about 7pm they had a Hisstank, both bravo vehicles, the 3 packs, a Red Ninja, and a black CC, plus the other more common figs. I picked up a Ninja Dojo 3 pack and a POC Jungle Trooper for 3.28. I always passed on the Jungle Trooper, but for that price I'll take it.

The manager at one of them says that the sku/upc/product numbers that I gave her don't come up in the system and she's been trying weekly since I've been coming in weekly. There was a Red Ninja at the Green Bay West Target as of today. I don't think most stores restocked the figures. The WalMarts seemed to get one shipment of figures and the TRU and Targets maybe go two. I never did see a Blue Cobra Commander and only seen the Black one twice. So I think the Retaliation well has dried until the stuff gets re-released next year.
So I'll switch gears to Star Wars and Power Team Elite stuff when Big Lots gets it in.
