Hey Y'all,

I went to my local Target (hwy 41 in Acworth, between the 2 Wal-Marts) this morning because the website said that Rattlers and Conquest were in stock.

Well, they did not have those, but they had a veritable ton of new figures. Flash/Bludd/Bats/BBQ/Snow Serpents/ all of the new 2packs/ all of the regular vehicles.

As well as a few Red Hulk Marvel Legends ($14.99 wtf?).

They were all still there when I left to go back to work, so happy hunting (I can't bring myself to buy anymore Joes until some newer stuff comes out, and I did not want to be greedy).

verified there is one rattler, probably also a conquest in the stckroom at moreland Target as of 1 hr ago. I got the set in case by asking for someone to check the back. at first he brought just the rattler out, and I had it in hand. he went back to check for the conquest, and just brought a case out. so I gave the other rattler back. good luck! they're out there, just ask!

My wife is picking me up a Rattler today! She is so awesome. She knew I wanted it and went by to try and get it after I told her how Tracker and Mean Machine were talking about it being all over the place in the surrounding targets and she wanted to surprise me. when she got there she said she found both planes and didn't know for sure which one was right so she called to be sure she got the right one!
I'm excited and it means a lot that she thought enough about it to go and get it for me, when she really didn't have to.

a friend of mine bought the Rattler and Conquest he found at the Gainesville Target but he said the boxes were in rough shape. the planes inside are okay though and the filecard side of the box wasn't crushed. Plus he opens all his stuff so it wasn't that big of a deal.

oh and I found Spirit and a Crimson Guard on the white cards today at Cornelia walmart. Plus they had all the wave 1 vehicles minus the Hiss tank (though Kmart across the street has a Hiss tank and no other vehicles) and both dvd packs times 2 or 3.

It may be then before they show up, but it's crazy to me how I read about them being in Florida all over the place and yet they don't show up here yet. Just seems weird I guess. And while Target's toy aisle stuff is moving slow it seems they are at least not having problems moving Conquests and Rattlers. :)

as for why two Spirals, it's because my buddy wants the whole set (minus yellow suit Wolverine) and I only want Spiral. So that is why i am looking for two of her. She looks to be an awesome figure and I sure don't need another wolverine or black suit Spidey. Spiral's the only one I'm interested in.

Yeah I'm thinking we're still several weeks out from seeing the wave 2 vehicles and probably wave 10 as well. The wave 1 vehicles are pretty much everywhere now and i'm kinda thinking since the wave 1 dvd packs are too we may not find the new ones of those for a while either.

But something that might be a plus is that once they do start hitting they should hang around for a while. bad part is I think we are going to be overloaded with new stuff once it rolls out. October should be a big month as far as new Joes go.

Hey Gang!!! TRU @ Town Center (BArret Pkwy) has tons of new box sets (Crimson Guard & Green Shirts), as well as a bunch of SNow Serpents, BATS, etc. No vehicles, but plenty of fig's and 2 packs and such.
I only picked up 1 set of green shirts, so there was at least 5 more of those when I left. Lots more of the CG's.
I guess this whole gas thing is even hurting the scalper hordes?

You guys up in Northern GA have it bad with gas. I heard a rumor about a shortage last week here but nothing happened. I do live in a small town but I would think Atlanta would take priority and any problem you have would be about the same here.

As far as Joes go it is dry around here. No wave 10 and no wave 2 vehicles. My best hope for the TRU 3-packs is ToysRUs.com since I don't have one near me. I would like to see wave 10 soon but the rest I can wait on since I won't have the money for them until the 10th. October will probably be a better month for Joes with everything that is scheduled to hit retail and what has already started coming out on the west coast.

Your probably right about wave 10 but I did find wave 7 down here before I saw anyone post about it from the Atlanta area. Sadly though it took a month for me to see wave 8 and longer for wave 9.

Had to make a sales visit to an office over off of Cobb Parkway, saw the reissued one at both of the superwalmart's off of cobb parkway today. No bat's firebats, or whatnot.

Also picked up a hayabusa armor figure while i was at the cobb parkway TRU. nothing new there either :(

I'm hoping I can get one then since you guys are finding them. apparently I've been coming across that revision case a lot and have been finding pretty much everybody else that comes in the case with him. Somebody is always beating me to that one Snake eyes though, which is the only one I really want (already got commando SE).

So to answer your question: I'm not sure. i kinda hate to ask you to do it in case I find one myself but it would sure suck to say don't worry about it and then not be able to find one on my own. so it's up to you.

At last today after many months, I found Snake Eyes with Timber. I was very glad!

Actually at Cornelia Walmart I found (at least of interest):

Snake eyes with timber x2
Snow Job x2
Tiger force flint x2
Battle Armor Cobra Commander x2
IG Destro
Snake eyes (commando) x2

plus the usual pegwarmers.

they had LOTS of wave 5 cps, but no black headed destros.
plus a Hiss tank and a ram cycle/trouble bubble pack.

I picked up the Snake Eyes and Snow Job.

I was so jazzed about that Snake Eyes. I SOOO regretted not picking him up when he first released and now having him makes me feel vindicated.

As far as Joes go, if I find a Firebat, Mutt and Croc Master I'm pretty well done for a while. Might pick up a wraith if I find a clear one but hey I'm happy regardless at this point.

Thanks for the heads up. I wrestle in Warner Robins at Johnny G's every Sunday. I went to that Wal-Mart but the new vehicles were already gone. They still had the SE w/ Timber and BA CC. The milledgeville / eatonton wal-marts are filled with all the revisions except for the se w/ timber. I did finally find a snow job in eatonton, but i didn't pick it up. He looked a little bland. There are still no new vehicles. If anybody in mid ga sees anything please let me know and i will do the same. Also the wal-mart in eatonton had a bat and snow serpent, but the bat has a bent card and bad paint apps.

Picked up the PTE Little Bird Helo at Big lots today, Its pretty neat but Wild Bill's legs are a little too long for the cockpit. They also had the attack buggy, Desert Camel and Forest horse; for those top secret Equestrian missions.

I've seen more of those in the last two weeks than at any point previously. They seem to be everywhere but still no sightings of the black headed Destro. Granted I'm not really trying to get it but if I were to find it I probably wouldn't pass it up.

I went to HTS and got me the firebats and dvd sets. I am tired of wasting time hunting. After all the discounts, shipping was technically free. Since I dont have to waste gas on search it was a big plus.

I agree Godzilla, HTS is the way to go when you can get free shipping AND the discount. The only issue i have is when you get a figure with a crappy paint application. I just ordered the new sharc, firebat, wave 10, dvd packs all for 20% off and free shipping. Only thing I'm going to look for is a clear wraith after seeing the face is painted. I'm waiting for the desert awe and the fang/claw to be on HTS at the same time to make my next order. I tried getting the SRO from TRU but had to get to work and missed out. I'm going to be patient on those as we'll be swimming in them in no time. I've totally lost patience visiting locations. The target right by my house gets nothing. They haven't received a new case of comic packs or singles in months. They did get the new exclusive vehicles but that's it. Meanwhile the out of the way buckhead target gets regular shipments.

Annoyingly enough, you have to pretty much check throughout the day, but especially around noon/late morning it seems.

Also, with the waves of older vehicle sets sitting around, it seems like Target/TRU are the best options for finding the newer vehicle sets.

I decided to skip retail for most of wave 10 and just ordered the set from SmallJoes.com with the clear Wraith. I hate paying more than retail but I wanted that clear Wraith and with no sign of wave 10 in GA it may be hard to find. Now all I need is the regular Wraith, an extra Para-Viper, an extra Bazooka Trooper, and wave 6 comic packs. I may get the internet 7-packs later if I have any money left.

As for hunting today, nothing again.

in unrelated news, I noticed where some of you were looking for Last Crusade figures. Wal-Mart Hammilton Mill got the wave in but not many. I bought Henry Jones and there was 1 more left. There were a bunch of Young Indie's and a couple of the Nazi. No Grail Knight or Elsa.

If you go looking, there not on the regualr isle, there on an endcap in the middle of the toy isle.

Oh, seperately...they do not have single cases at HTS but it came out cheaper than ordering cases from BBTS or Small joes plus I don't wind up with extra figures I don't need.
