The Ross Store I went to had a load of the Deluxe Figures (Air Assault Gliders/Trouble Bubbles/RAM Cycles and - I think - a twin cannon thing) but absolutely nothing else.

Marshall's had zip.

Toys R Us had nothing new on the Joe or MU front, although they did have a revision wave of the latter including Grey Hulk, Punisher and some other pegwarming crap.

They've restocked Goliath/Clor and Frost Giant/Loki gigantic battles packs at the perimeter Walmart.

Supposedly the first wave or two has been coming out, the ww2 repaint of the last year's SDCC figure looks good still, and there's a "classic" cap that has more of joe-style articulation, but doesn't look like it has wrist/forearm swivels..

Went to Fayetteville's Pavilion shopping centre. It should be GI Joe hunter heaven, but it's horrible. The stores were poorly stocked and the only thing I found - the GI Joe Attack on the Pit playset - had been ripped open and the figures stolen from it...

I did manage to pick-up the new Marvel Greatest Battles packs though, although I don't recall which Walmart that was at (I went to so many!)

Went to Toys R Us near Gwinnett Place yesterday. TRU Must've found some stuff at the warehouse, as they had a TON of ROC vehicles that had been recently stocked, mostly Dragonhawks and Ice Daggers, at clearance prices. Picked up a Dragonhawk for $15. It's nice, if a little small. At least Wild Bill has a decent sized head!

That TRU Clearance is still not as good as a sale they had about 2 months ago where the ROC betas were $10. I don't think I can pull the trigger on the Dragoncrap chopper if it goes to that again. It's just not as cool as the Dragonfly. Hopefully the skystriker will be successful, and Hasbro will release more high demand vehicles. I have checked TRU (Smyrna/Marietta) about 3 times this week, and still no Wave 6 figs. Come-on TRU!!!!

In Oakwood there is a toy store named Billy's Toys that you should check out. they are open Tuesday-Sunday, from 10-7. They have all sorts of toys, from Sectaurs to Star Wars, to Joes (some 25th and lots of vintage figures and vehicles) as well as Marvel Legends, DCUC, vintage He-Man figures and vehicles and various other assorted lines.

I was at the Marietta WM today (Cobb pkwy near the south loop) and I saw 4 pegs titled GI Joe for $3.75. I asked a stock boy to scan the label and they had none in the store, but have 12 items coming to the store at some point. He said they get a truck everyday so hopefully wave 6 will hit WM pretty soon. The last time this WM had any Joes was before Christmas. Happy Hunting.

My first ever new car. My wife and I purchased it in November of last year. Some fucking drunken ass-clown, plows into the back of me on the way home as I was heading down 85 south.

I was in the middle lane minding my own damn business (not swerving, not in the middle of a lane change), and this idiot comes out of nowhere and smashes the shit out of the back of my car. Not only that. This where it gets good. The mother fucker just drives off!! A hit and run.

Long story short, I'm okay (physically anyway, after a trip to my doctor this morning) but now I have to pay this huge deductible to get the repairs done on my car, since I obviously can't file a claim against the dipshit who hit me.

Good times...

Oh yeah. The meet was great as usual. We had a good time last night.

My first ever new car. My wife and I purchased it in November of last year. Some fucking drunken ass-clown, plows into the back of me on the way home as I was heading down 85 south.

I was in the middle lane minding my own damn business (not swerving, not in the middle of a lane change), and this idiot comes out of nowhere and smashes the shit out of the back of my car. Not only that. This where it gets good. The mother fucker just drives off!! A hit and run.

Long story short, I'm okay (physically anyway, after a trip to my doctor this morning) but now I have to pay this huge deductible to get the repairs done on my car, since I obviously can't file a claim against the dipshit who hit me.

Bells Ferry WM (Woodstock) - remnants of POC wave 6, also of note they had a MU Jim Lee Jean Grey

Big Chicken WM - remnants of POC wave 5 (yes, wave 5) - priced back to $7 - I picked up the only Cobra Trooper they had, there was still a CC and a couple Jungle BATs. Also remnants of CA wave 2.

Now that POC wave 5 has hit the area, I'd appreciate it if someone could stash a General Hawk and another Cobra Trooper for me if you see one in the Ksaw/Acworth area.

I'm kind of worry about that wave. They order one or two more times & the pegs will be full with Blowtorch & CC, then we get nothing for a long while. Then again, maybe they won't order until all the Blowtorches & CC's they have now sell. Anyway, nothing new today except for the Mechs at TJ Maxx on Barret Pkwy. I picked up the Joe one & left the Cobra Mech. Have to say I originally got it for the figure, but really dig the Mech now. A couple of Jungle Bats against that thing would make for a great dio.

Does somebody here's Mom work at the Covington Walmart? I was buying Joes today there and the lady on the checkout said her son had a wall covered in ''those little guys, still in their boxes.''

I just wondered if it was a Tanker.

Covington Walmart has most everything from Wave 5 - at least 2 Troopers, at least 1 SB, a Cobra Commander, a few Blowtorches and a bunch of other stuff. They keep restocking, too.

What figures are you looking for? Looks like you've already found extra cobra troopers, steel brigade and bats in the Alabama thread. People here are not even finding figs at the stores that have had new stock.

Well, in the Cumming area, it is bone dry as well as some places in Gwinnett. Of course some dumbass left a bunch of Duke and Stormy in the Marketplace Wal-mart.

I hit perimeter for the first time in a long time. Thought I saw a ROC Sharc at ROSS just sitting there until I picked it up to find that the figure was removed. I also found two ROC figures with some random corps or the like inside and a bad patch up job. It's crazy that people are stealing and repacking these things when they're so cheap to acquire at ROSS compared to the regular retailers. Just pisses me off that the employees taking the returns are so lazy they can't look at what's being returned and don't realize that they're not the same or incomplete.

Those have been there for damn near forever. Hell they might have even been repacked at whatever store had them before Ross did.
