Do you ever go to Murfreesboro TN.? It's about 40 min outside Nashville. A collage town, and last time I checked they had plenty of goodness in the comic shops there

'Great Escape' in Nashville is great too. It's a Comic shop/record store. Tons of cool DVD's comics, and 80's toys. Underground vynal records too if thats your scene.

I found The Mass device, it has snake eyes, baroness, stalker. I went to the walmart in florence, nothing, The TRU, nothing. Thought I would do the trifecta and there it was sitting there, waiting to be plucked off the shelf. It was the first time in about a month and a half that I smiled leaving the toy section.

After finding wave 9 I was hoping to find some more of them.I have been to several Walmarts and none have restock the GI Joe figures.The thing that gets me is that These Walmarts have no trouble getting in Anythign Mavel and Transformers.When it comes down to Star Wars(I know the Clone Wars figures are out)but they have not recieved any new figures.Camic packs they can't get rid of wave 4(Tomax/Xamot,Cobra Soldier/Crimson guard).Very frustrating.One Walmart I went to only had one Cobra Commander on the packs.Surely that would tell Walmart that the Joe figures are hot.

Montgomery Target had 2 of the wave 5 comic packs but I bought them both(Nemesis and CCwTripwire). Target in Prattville has one set of wave 9 minus the bat and ninja ku that I bought. This is the wave 9 set with the torpedo and wild bill fillers. They also have all 3 of the wave 5 comic packs no black head Destro though.

I have seen the DVD packs and vehicles everywhere. No sign of the new comic packs yet and I haven't seen a refresh of wave 9 since they hit a couple of months ago. I live in east AL (Phenix City-across the Chattahoochee River from Columbus, GA) and I usually make my rounds in the P.C./Auburn-Opelika/Columbus,GA area.

I left YoJoe because some of their moderators seem to have developed control issues that made participating in the forums tedious.

Montgomery Target had 12" Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow. TRU put out another case of vehicles. Oh, and they also had the new Star Wars comic sets (Anakin/Durge, Asajj Ventress/Tol Skorr). I'm seeing the DVD sets everywhere except TRU. No new single cards as yet that I've seen.

Target on Airport Rd. had wave 9 left overs. Namely Hawk, Bazooka, and Ninja-Ku. Still no sign of wave 5 comic packs out here.

Getting nervous about these target exclusives. Every reported sighting so far has stated extremely low quantities. On top of that, searching random cities for them on the target inventory site never turns up anything more than "limited availability." Guess the best thing to do is just relax until they hit full force over the next couple of weeks.

Dang, I would have given that a try if I had seen your posting in time. It was a relatively short trip, in on tuesday night and back out again on Friday afternoon. I didn't have any luck with Target exclusives in Huntsville, but I did find them this morning in Vegas.

For those folks who see limited availability on the store finder page, that seems to mean that a store got 1 case which contains 1 each of the Rattler and Conquest. That's how I found the one Target in the Vegas area that had any in stock, and I was lucky because they pulled it from the back for me and had it waiting at the service desk.

Strange thing at Montgomery Target, what appears to be an actual factory error, a Shipwreck/Copperhead comic pack with Ripper/Torch insert. I looked at the tape and it didn't look doctored. Useless item and easy enough to fake, but I'd never seen an error like that in the wild before.

I told her yes, my bro with have to put them on for Clayton. And she said, "Oh! So which little men are you looking for? And which vehicles have you bought for him?" And read the names of all they had.
I told her she was the greatest Mom/Grandma ever.

And I just e-mailed her the pics of all the exclusives and store releases of vehicles with a note saying "Santa should put two each of these under the tree for Christmas."

Found the new Comic packs at the Cullman Walmart.They had Srap iton/Wild Bill(which I picked up),Head Master/Snake eyes and Mainframe/Beachhead.That's about it.No wave 10 yet.

I finally opened my arctic and desert sets. Honestly, while I am glad I have them, they really are not that great. Kinda like the comic packs, where your figures get twisted around and knees become disjointed and feet look odd, the same happens with these. Almost feels like a lesser grade plastic was used. If you like to display MIB, these sets are awesome. If you open them like I do, most of them go into individual plastic bags in a box. I much prefer the desert set.
The Bludd really is awesome, though.

Opened most of my w10 last night. Paratrooper is fantastic, a little hard to stand and heavy. Mutt is awesome, Bazooka Trooper and Croc Master are okay. Wraith is okay.

TrU in Hoover had the 5pack exclusives and the Combat Heroes.

Both Targets in Huntsville are horrible.All they have are the pegwarmers from waves 8 and 9.The thing that ticks me off at Target they have to be down to a few figures before they can order more.The only wave 10 figure I have seen 2 times is Mutt at Walmart,that's it.All the other figures are revisions,figures that have been out for a while.Is is getting very rediculous around here.Can someone keep an eye out for the Wraith Variant.With the way our stores are getting figures in I will never see the one.No Joe figures at Kohls.It's almost December I haven't seen anything.

I went in there a couple times and saw no Joes. They have a display in the boy clothing area with Transformers and SW and cars, and then a small toy area at the back. Then they put out two revision waves and some cp's in this area, you kinda have to look for them. I have gotten all of the newest cp's there.

Btw, met a an honest-to-goodness scalper at the 280 Target this AM. He got mad at me for picking up the Paraviper and BAT before he could. He actually told me to give him the Paraviper so he could complete his set of "wave whatever." I scorned and purchased. So if you depend on 280 Target for your Joes, you may be constantly SoL.


And Barefoot, sorry for your loss. Bama boys love their mothers. Our sincerest sympathies.

Amazingly, I found the "Best Of" DVD set at Prattville Target today. I thought only internet stores had it. I think they only had one but I didn't dig. I did see one each of the POD and ARA sets but didn't check to see if Dusty had his webgear. They also had the blue/grey Star Wars Trade Federation tank which I also got.

Millbrook Wal-Mart had three Mutts. If anyone in the Gump/Prattville/Millbrook area wants to army build FANGs and Firebats, hit P'ville K-Mart, they had at least three of each.

I also broke down and got the Target UBP yesterday. I passed on it several times but my addiction finally got the best of me.

Boulevard WM in Montgomery had two more cases of Wave 10 including the army builders (both plain Wraiths). They are not with the regular Joes but on those plastic endcap strings. They sold not one Joe on Black Friday and the pegs there are overrun like nothing I've ever seen. I let my OCD take over and organized them. One whole peg is nothing but Wild Bills.

I got six of the shelfwarming CC/Officer/Soldier TRU sets for the sale price, plus the Joe Diver set here in Montgomery.

There were 3 CG sets, 2 Starduster sets, 1 IG set and one COBRA set left. I also brought the mangled COBRA set (someone had removed the outer shell and stolen CC's helmet, the officer's head and helmet and the trooper's hand (?) up to the cashier so they could get rid of it.
