I believe it's MS Paint or possibly Mario Paint from the Super Nintendo.

Thanks for all the positive feedback.
I primarily use photoshop, mostly because I have been using it for almost 10 years now so I am pretty used to it. I do like painter but its a bit buggy at times and it easy to get lost in it.

I saw your post at ToyARK as well. One of my teachers actually preferred photoshop to painter, due to it's versatility, so that's what we used primarily in our digital illustration class. Very fun.

I know what you mean, I just got Painter and it's a bit overwhelming.
Amazing work, and you have a great technique.
