card front and back

does anybody know where to get a copy scan of the front and back of a file card I need a high rez and clean copy of one either a scan or a link to one thnaks guys.

I just wanted a clean copy I took one of them off of there and rebuilt the whole side and removed a sticker off the top with photoshop for fun I just not sure if it is going to be good enough from there.
