25th Anniversary Cobra Air Trooper

Can anyone explain to me why the new Cobra Air Trooper has become so rare so quickly?! Every online store I have checked already wants between $11 and $15 per carded figure.

All online stores sell all trooper types from all lines, not just GI Joe, for a higher price because they know people want multiples of said figures for their armies

Those air troops are hard to get, I got lucky and found 1 and then bought 1 from my buddy C.I.A.D and I had 1 from the legions pack

I have only seen a few wave 4 figures and none of them are the Air Trooper, or Destro, Duke, Roadblock, and Gung Ho for that matter. With the prices online I got a great deal when I bought 4 more Legion sets from Amazon, which I got Monday. Right now I have 5 Air Troopers so I'm set.

If you are willing to pay that price just wait for Amazon to drop the price again. You would get an extra Cobra Trooper, Stinger Driver, and music box with the Air Trooper for the same price as other online stores sell the singles. Just sell or trade the extra Cobra Commander's and Storm Shadow's.

Thanks for the ideas and the offers guys...I might just have to give in to an online toystore after I explain to my wife why I need this character...Some one posted that C.I.A.D has an online store or on ebay, did I read that correctly?

I had to go back and read the post from the first post, and here I thought we were getting new cases of troops (dangit) Oh, well, but I did have a great custom in mind because I was bored. I tood my son's Star Wars comic pacs of Hobbie and tie pilot (dude I don't know his name, but his mug looks like Airtight without the helmet, then I took my son's comic pack luke/mara helmet and put it on the guy and if I get him pained I'll have a sweet airtight figure.

Dude, I thought the exact same thing when I saw that Baron Fel 2-pack. Course I figured that head was a little too big.

Biggs Darklighter might make a decent Dial tone too.
