Big Boa W.I.P. I need help

so I'm tryin my attempt at one of my favorite figs when I was little and whats stopping me from finishing this is one his head (how in the hell can i make it or what can I make it out of?) and two how to make spikes in general because i want to add some to this plastic/cloth material that I cut to make his suspenders. so if any one could give me any advise that would be greatly appriciated.

here is my recipe so far...
Head ?? unmasked is gonna be scarface from the CP
torso SS from CP
arms/hands tomax or xamot doesn't matter
upper legs any ninja will do SE or SS or NV they are all the same
lower legs/feet Iron Grenadier

I really look forward to finishing this custom so if anyone please anyone knows how to sculpt a head or if there is something out there already i can use maybe starwars hopefully i can find something or someone knows. thanks for looking all.

I think if you use Tomax/Xamot uppers and flint lowers you get a more muscular overall bare handed look. Of course depending on what hands you use. If you use FireFly gloves they can at least be painted red or left black and look weighty enough to be lifting gloves, not boxing gloves though, but it leaves you room to wiggle.

Take a look at this peak of my Viper 13 and you'll see the combo mentioned above.

Maybe even try for Croc Masters arms.
