Snake Eyes V2 & Cobra officer done shipping?

These are the only figures I didn't pick up an extra of (to open) for waves 1-3. Will these continue to ship or are they done?

Wave 3 R3 & R4 case figures are still floating around but the way they are selling not for long.

I need both snake eyes #2 and the officer, no luck with either.

I think we can expect to see V2 Snake-Eyes released again at some point this year, but looking like the new wave 4 repaint (a darker and glossier black). And honestly, the Airborne Trooper is the Officer (just repaint his facemask black or gray and his webbing and kneepads black or gray or simply use the wave 2 Cobra Trooper's body and then use the Airborne's repainted web gear).

Good thing I went with instinct and bought the first Snake-Eyes I saw.

In one of the earlier Hasbro Q&A's they did say that there would be more SEV2s including black timbers in future waves so we can hope. Right now I just want a fixed crotch version.

I would like to pick up two more officers at least... but oh well... I'll make due with the Legions pack. I'm glad I picked up two SEV2's. He's a pretty cool character. Can't wait for my 5-pack of Joes!!! And the carded SE from the 5-pack.
