Troop Builders Who Still Needs Them?

This is a thread to see how many people still need Troop Builders. I know I have just picked up 4 cases worth with the last big restock in my area but its still not enough. I want at least 100 each of the Red Ninja, Cobra Officer and Cobra Troopers.

This poll is to see how many people still need troop builders and what Figures you are Troop Building. Vote on as many choices as needed.

I also hope Hasbro releases the Cobra Trooper with the Red Logo on single card.

I need mucho crimson guards, I already have about 12 cobra troopers and 4 officers, and i have about 6 red ninjas and 3 air troopers. I would like about 10 to 20 crimson guards. I have so many cobra soldiers or "blue shirts" from the previous tru sets i hope hasbro gives us some other troop builders soon like some assorted vipers or Eels

I'm not big on the plain troopers, myself, plus I have promised the wife not to really "Army build," so probably no more than 5-6 of any one figure is reasonable. I have 1 air trooper and no CGs, but I'd hope to get probably 4 of each, total.

However I don't really see the need to buy two Red Ninjas and open one, nor do I want to open any more Troopers or Officers since they are basically the same figure as the Trooper from both the Cobra 5-Packs.

I think the TRU exclusive will fill my need for Red Ninjas (hopefully they'll change the head to the Red Ninja head for the production run). If and when it appears. I've got some CGies pre-ordered, so it'll probably be one or two more Cobra troopers and I'm done. I'm not picky about the Cobra color. Depending on which I get more of, those will be the privates, and the ones I have less of will be the non-coms.
I'm only looking to fill out a squad of each.
The real question is will there be EEls, Iron Grenadiers, Shadow Guards and Night Creepers?

On troop builders it becomes a matter of what's out at the time I buy figures, for example if me and my son's have a completed wave we then troop build, total for the family is 15-20 troops total per troop. Now when it comes to those said multi packs I buy the hell out of em!

If my order with Amazon.com for the 4 Legion packs ships I will be set for Air Troopers, comic style Troopers, and Stinger Drivers (5 each) but if the price is right and I have the money I might get another set or just get a single Air Trooper. I didn't vote for the Air Trooper by the way since I'm not sure if I want another yet.

I need two more silver logo Troopers to have 20 which is were I will try to stop. I would love the red logo version single carded or in a 5-pack and if I had the money would get at least 19 but I would try to keep the number even.

I don't need another Officer. I have 2 now and they will split the Troopers until Scarface comes to lead the comic style Troopers. I want a lot more Troopers than Officers since to me it makes them look more competent and more like leaders and not babysitters.

I have 2 Red Ninjas and they will do just fine until the TRU 5-pack which will add 3 Troopers and 1 Leader, at least it looks that way. I want fewer ninjas since they should be more elite than other troopers. I did vote for the Red Ninjas since I need that 5-pack.

Last but not least is the Crimson Guard. I didn't have a red one as a kid, although my brother had 1 or 2, but i always liked the Crimson Guard. I even liked the Python Patrol version which I did have. I need at least 5 of these plus the Fred form the comic pack. Then again I need all of wave 5. I have a few of the Crimson Guards from Spytroops, Valor vs. Venom, and DTC so I have a few for Xamot and Tomax to lead but I don't want too many from 25th at this point since they are elite troopers.

Just out of curiosity, why 100 Troopers and Officers? I can see wanting 100 of each trooper but the Cobra Officer to me should have at least 4 Troopers to push around. That's just me though.

I voted for the 3 I'm troop building. Red and Silver logo Troopers and CG. I have no CG's yet. I've been getting great help getting the blue shirts from the board. Thank you guys, you know who you are. I plan on getting about 30 of each. I have no CG's yet and need about 10-12 troopers.

I also plan on getting either 2 or 4 of the TRU night force 5 pack. I'm passing on the Red Ninja's. They just aren't my thing.

Everytime I go figure hunting I tell myself not to buy any more troopers or red ninjas, but I still buy every one I see. I 'm up to 30 troopers and 12 red ninjas. This is what I think Hasbro should do. Create a 5 pack with the CG, Red logo Trooper, Silver Logo Trooper, Air Trooper and a Red mask Trooper. Then mass produce these and the collectors would eat them up. Could you imagine going into Walmart and seeing 30 of these on the shelf. I would be tempted to buy all of them.

I can't get CGs, but I can definitely get a few Legions packs, though, because they are at TRU, they are still $30.

Troop building for Cobra Red is easy but expensive you take a silver logo cobra and an air trooper and do some experimenting switch the legs, head, helmet, and webgear on each and to make it more detailed paint the neck the matching color of face scarf. I have about 3 air trooper and scarface silver logo and four red logo custom cobras along with two original.

Since Hasbro made their own custom Alley Viper, I think it's a safe bet that we're getting at least him. Night Viper is almost a given too IMO.

Night Watch troopers, indeed. I have looked at, and dismissed, at least 5 of those packs.

I'm sure eventually we'll see a B.A.T. pack and there is the rumored Crimson Guard Pack from TRU.

When B.A.T.s come out, given the way people have been talking about army building them, I fully expect there to be blood in the aisles. Personally, I'll be happy with 2-4.

I agrree, releasing that legions pack with CC and Storm Shadow was a HUGE mistake by Hasbro. If it was an ALL troop builder 5-pack, instead of 3 out of 5, it would have been an instant cash cow for Hasbro.

If it was an ALL troop builder 5-pack, instead of 3 out of 5, it would have been an instant cash cow for Hasbro. I have to think they have some kind of plan for something like this in the future. Considering they already have the tools, they've already made most of the investment. But again, they put out Night Watch Troopers. I don't get it.

I want as many red logo Cobra Troopers as I can get, but right now I only have four (I also have three silver logo ones, but I find them strangely dull). The red logo troops are the backbone of my army and I love their 'simplicity' over the more contrived Vipers. Can't really see me picking any more up any time soon (unless Hasbro do release them single carded)

The TRU Officers 3 pack trooper has a red Cobra symbol but has no gloves. He still looks pretty cool.

I kinda built my good eels and bad eels up, and customized them each into individual characters. I have Para Vipers and Resolute Troopers I've yet to open.

TRU already has a 5 pack of crimson guards...why not just army build with them?...i see them all the time.
