i still need to finish the other wing but it wont be done for a while.i used a star wars arc-170 to make this.

you think i need to change the eyes on it?

I like the eyes on it as is...but they do have a more Cobra feel than Joe to me.

I like it... for some reason it has a WW2 feel to it.

The pupils could be maybe a little more oval, like a cat's eye. Might sway it away from the snake or Cobra feel Apacolypse is getting.

But very cool, 'cept maybe the big red cannons.

i'll probably stick a small radar dish on rt units head,for the radar unit,or mount a small gun there.

as for the eyes i'll paint the yellow white and put a small red iris in it.

I like the R2 unit as is... just call it a radar dome or something maybe paint it another color... Dishes would snap off at high speeds.

i think the WW2 feel is coming from the rounded ends on the wings...like you said Hicks, loose the red cannons and it'll be smoke'n!...personally, loose the r2 also, a high mount gun or possibly even some form of a fin would be much better...

I'm sorry, but leaving the r2 in place regardless of how you camouflage it makes it appear as just a Tiger Force Star Wars craft...that R2 sticking up SCREAMS rebel ship plain and simple...if you're gonna go through all the trouble of painting it and masking and all, don't be so lazy as to leave the little bastard in there...
wait a minute, why the heck do I seem to care so much...guess I'm a stickler for details...ah, f@#* it, leave the little turd there, and through a light saber in there in case your Joe pilot runs into any trouble en route to rescuing the Princess that Zartan captured for Megatron...sorry, i had to rib you guys a little bit

still trying to find something that works.i did think of this but cant duplicate it on the other one.i might just chop so much of the cannons so that theyre shorter

also found a use for the r2 unit,at least just the head,sanded it down smooth for a spy camera.

I would drop the red cannons at the wing tips and try to bick up a 2 extra fuel tanks if you can find the right size at a hobby shop. If all else fails, you could use the gray missles that comes with the conquest. I'll try to see if I can find something that size at my hobby shop to ref. you. O-yeah, War Hammer 40k Imperial Valkyrie kit comes with a rocket pod. Like the multi shot pod that Huey Cobra gun ships have. That would look cool if the size is right.
