Are we getting wave 16: who and when?

I know this is jumping the gun here. But are we going to get wave 16? If so, does anyone know who it will consist of? I think we might have to wait for Toy Fair to know if the GI joe line will continue after wave 15. But I hope that we get Night Viper in wave 16, because he's tenatively scheduled. Hence the reason, why this is posted in the rumors section.

Wave 16 sounds like it'll be close to movie time so they may release the movie versions and still call it wave 16 and so on. But who knows. Only time will tell. Just focus on the holidays or you might trip for looking too far ahead.

Well so far Hasbro's release pattern has been a wave a month. I think movie figures will be out by June/July, since the movie will be released in August.

I guess I'll ressurect this thread around Toyfair time when we actually know.

Their waves were usually about every month and a half. If wave 14 is out in February, wave 15 should be in late March or early April which would make wave 16 in early May most likely. I think wave 17 is supposed to be the last non-movie wave and that would be out by late June or early July. This is all just speculation based on the pattern of releases for past waves of course.

Well wave 10 harldy existed at retail, wave 11 with mix of 10 and parts of 12 came out together and we are just now getting 13 too all at once almost so that dosent fit the pattern. Also all the China factory turmoil will cause delays, bring the joes home to be produced! no more outsourcing our childhood tradition!

That was the line up for 1990. If so, Hasbro skipped over a major part of the 80s. We still don't have Pythona.

If Hasbro was going to really release that wave I would never ask for anything to them in my life again. It would be like the wave of waves of all the modern joe toyline. Add a George W. Bush with microphone and podium & a Mountazer al Zaidi figure with a pair of shoes to throw off and that will let me be the happiest man alive.
