Why is Scrap-Iron so hard to find?

I found the Beachhead/Dataframe comic pack and the Hard Master/Snake Eyes pack and all three of those crappy repaint packs that came out later. But no Scrap-Iron/Wild Bill comic set... Why is this pack so hard to find???!!!???

It's driving me crazy cuz Scrap-Iron was always one of my faves...

Because the other two were reshipped with wave 7 comic packs. Hasbro will cycle the pack back in, and I'm certain there are more cases of wave 6 comic packs left to cycle out.

It's driving me crazy cuz Scrap-Iron was always one of my faves...the same cp eludes me as well, I found all of wave 6 and 7 minus the scrap iron pack at one time in one place and it appeared that the walmart I got them from had just stocked some fresh cases, I even saw the boxes in a shopping cart and still no wildbill scrap iron in sight,I searched the entire dept and didn't find it. Either some stocker stashed it for himself or a friend,or hasbro removed that particular cp from the wave 6 cases.

Yea, its pissing me off too. I found the Scrap Iron Comic Pack at retail once. I found 2 on the peg, but I only had enough money to buy 1. Now I'm so pissed I didn't have the money that time, cause I've never found it again! I need 1 more for my opener. I have been able to find the other 2 packs from that wave, since there fillers in the new wave, but no Scrap Iron ever!

I Grabbed the Hard Master SE pack and the Main Frame Pack 1st then i went back the next day and got the Scrap Iron WB pack

next time i looked they were empty and they never restocked

I Grabbed the Hard Master SE pack and the Main Frame Pack 1st then i went back the next day and got the Scrap Iron WB pack

next time i looked they were empty and they never restocked

They went fast at my local Kohls too. Same with Wave 10. Has anyones Kohls restocked Singles or Comic Packs yet? Cause mine still hasn't restocked any Joes. I'm starting to think it was a one time thing just for the Christmas shopping season...

i think the case pack is 2xhardmaster, 2xdataframe, 1xscrap iron and 1x destro IG (possibly BH) and everybody wants him....im having the same luck

I ordered the one w/ Scrap Iron at the same time I ordered the one with the Hard Master from BBTS.

The one with the Hard Master came in and shipped at least a month or so if not more than the Scrap Iron one did, and BBTS told me they would when ordered

Must have shipped at different times from China?


I would have to assume he will ship / stock in stores w/ the next wave of comic 2 packs?

I managed to find one at my local TRU. Didn't appreciate having to spend $12 for it, but I figured the extra $2 is what I'd probably spend on gas anyway looking elsewhere.

Got my packs at Kohl's too. I never know Kohl's sold toys much less G.I.Joe until I started hanging around this site.

Yay! I finally found one at the Target in Palm Springs! (Don't ask what I was doing in Palm Springs.) The hunt for Scrap-Iron is finally over! Just in time for him to come out in a single pack, of course.

Also, the Ultimate Battle Pack was down to $44.?? at that Target.
