I've seen loads and loads and loads of Sigma Six everywhere I go. They're spilling off the shelves. Unfortunately for me, I don't care about Sigma Six.

As far as I know, 8" has ceased shipping. Last month at my Walmart (I work there), we got notice we could no longer order Soldiers, there were no longer any to be sent. We sold out and stopped getting Adventure Team back in October.
Stores will no longer carry the line after Christmas, so it makes no sense to get anymore now with most of it being clearanced in 2-3 weeks.

well if you missed out on some figs, you can still get some of them at places like Luckys, some grocery stores, Rite-Aid, close out stores.
even those close out stores are starting to get those early wave Star Wars Transformers.
what's even funny, TRU just got those sigma 6 ROCCs. but those dragonhawks are on clearance.

Tonight, I scored a 8" Lt. Stone ... at my local Grocery Store. I was shocked. Actually I have been able to find 75% of the line at my local Supermarket chain, including popular figs such as Destro V1, Zartan, Sky Bat, Kamakura V1, Tunnel Rat V1, Hi-Tech V1, and others. I really liked this line, and was thinking I would have to find most of the figures on Ebay. But now the "get from Ebay" list is pretty small (V1, and V2 CC and thats about it).
I checked and haven't seen them hit the close out stores at all. Maybe in a few months.

Hopefully they are gone for good and their memory can fade from peoples minds like "Sgt Savage & His screaming eagles" and "GI Joe Extreme."

I'll take the 8" figures over the sh***y 25th Anniv. any day...why would you come into a Sigma forum to bash them? Are you really that bored!?

To my absolute surprise my TRU just restocked with the newest wave after almost 3 months of the same stuff.
But still no Dark Ninja Master :(

Yes, I did Cksport. Thanks so much. Found the store very easily. Was so stoked to see CC Battlefield General sitting there - red light still blinking strong. They also had Long Range V1 hidden behind the Ninja Cycles! Buy 2 get one Free kicked in for a free Zartan. Nice.
That pretty much finishes my Sigma Six collection, as Dark Ninja Master came in today.
Going to check out some of the other stores you mentioned tomorrow.
Hopefully I can hook you up with some Joes in the future Cksport. Thanks for making my night.

Thirty, I am glad that it worked out for ya!!! Got some great figs there!
It was nice to meet another collector in the area. I live in Plainville, and have only run into scalpers thus far.
Keep in touch through PM's and we can keep an eye out for each other.
NICE HAUL!

That is amazing, in my area there was just the rereleased wave, nothing else, for a LONG time, but today (xmas eve) i found an early wave of the Combat Squad that i hadn't seen for a while. i almost snagged the Shockwaves for later scalping.

Believe it or not, it's the same here. I'm finding S6 stuff like CRAZY.
What's funny is...I was having a conversation with someone at the local Wal*Mart (we were both digging through the mess that is/was pre-christmas toy aisles). He was an older guy (at least in his 50s).
He made a point that will stick with me whenever I read mentions that S6 "sucks". He held up one of the re-issued Man of Action figures and said "See, this was MY G.I.Joe". Then he held up Barbe....er...Inferno and said "These are today's G.I.Joe. If our guys had articulation and accessories like these, I would've never left the house".
I think that's what tickles me about S6. The figures have a rediculous amount of articulation, but are still rediculed. Eh, to each their own, I guess.

tenime_art/chris - dont let that playa hata get your panties in a bunch.....its not worth it....
if you go to any blog about s6/kfg everybody who responds says the same thing....stuff like, i was never going to get a s6/kfg then i heard they were ending so i figured i would get duke or a se or ss, and when i finally got it openned, i couldnt believe the articulation on this figure or i have been kicking myself for not getting into the game sooner....these figures, the articulation, the accessories - rocks....
i am a former airborne signals soldier and i spent 3 1/2yrs @ ft bragg, so anything airborne is cool by me. when i took my nephew to tru i couldnt believe that the parachute for pt duke wasnt a recycled trash bag, so i bought it and when i openned it was amazed, since then i have most of the s6's(the ones i dont have - i dont want) and i have all of the kfg's. i have 2 se quads and 1 se bike, i have 1 pt se and another pt se that i made and i have 3 red para ninja's from the club/convention and i am very happy.
why some of the 3 3/4collectors hate us i will never know...they never got hatred from the 12in collectors when the 3 3/4in joes hit the market.....

Ehh, that's not totally true...I definitely remember being looked down upon by 12" collectors when i went to my first joe con in 1997 or so. The kind of looked at the small joes as "kiddie crap". They had some of the same reactions when our Joes were first released that many had for Sigma Rox. Now, the cool thing about that is I would get GREAT deals on the stuff from any 12" collectors and dealers looking to offload it by the ton!
This is a late post to a topic but it's intersting how I saw them when I stopped collecting in 2007...especially during the holidays. In a matter of weeks or a month, when I decided to come back out of toy hunting retirement, I can't find them anywhere but K-Mart and a local grocery outlet. I wish I started a month sooner, so I could have gotten the 2007 stuff a lot sooner or on clearance at least. Nothing leftover from the Christmas Holiday though... No S6-related stuff in my wm, target, etc. Just K-Mart (which is always a great place to find old stuff....and fortunately in this case, my km didn't jack the price either).
