his necessary?...nineteen 5 packs?...apparently the singles are selling like hot cakes, and the 5 packs are stacking up on top of each other...hmm, what is a store to do?...maybe they need to rethink their strategy...
there was ONE week by me (southeast MI) where it seemed all was well in the singles stocking...now it's back to naked pegs again, and the 5 packs are piling up…I just don't get the thinking behind this...:(

it'd be nice, but @ $25, you already basically get one "doll" (as my wife calls em' - drives me nuts) for free...also, of all these 5 packs i saw, they were only Joe team and legions...not one cobra team...not like it matters though, we would have to of been some seriously lazy SOB's if we couldn't of found the cobra team in at least one of the overly stocked 5 pack sections in stores in the past few months

My local Kroger has a bunch, too - and they regularly drop prices on some things to move them out. There are a couple of cobra battle pack 1's that have been tormenting me, but I can't justify spending that money in essence for the 2 troopers I want - but if the price drops...I've noticed Target will also have some items on the clearance shelves, especially when they're restocking after the holidays. Last year I grabbed a large JLU fig for $1.00. I wonder if these will ever find their way there.

Hey just to let you all know that i researched the NCF toys at Target(non carry foward) and the 5 packs are on the list which means probably clearance at the end of the month or so. I'll keep ya posted. I know i will buy all we have when it happens.

I'd buy another pair of sets just for the hell of it if they go on clearance. They were a damn fine start to the series.
