I'm trying to build a custom Joe headquarters for my 7 yr old son for Christmas. Does anyone know where I might find accessories (1/18 scale) like computers, etc. I checked out Marauders inc. and was just looking to see if anyone knew of any other sites that might help! Thanks!!

I usually check out other playsets or the doll house section of craft stores

As for playsets, I don't know if you can find too many still in stores but Batcave playsets usually have a good computer set up :)

Nothing like giving a one of a kind item to your son. I did the same with my son last year.

You may want to check Big Lots for the PTE sets. I know the little figure packs have lots of accessories. As for specifically computers....ebay terrordrome lots. As for in store...I don't know any of hand, but gives you a reason to search each aisle in the toy dept. Hmm...what about those Polly Pocket sets? I know those have some accessories...not sure if they are the correct scale though.

Either way...I wish you good luck with your endeavor to create that special something for your son! Bravo!

Have you looked at the Playmobil stuff? It can be a little pricy as you have to get playsets, but they do have some nice office stuff, especially in the emergency services and airport ranges.

Which Joe HQ are you building? The cartoon base, or the Pit? I used to have a home-made PIT when I was a kid and I've been thinking about re-visiting the design.
