What is the difference bewteen the two original CC figures? I'm seeing one with a red backing in the box and one with a green backing. Is there a difference bewteen the two if I'm going to open him anyway? Thanks!

Both the same, one is in Cobra package (red) the other is GI Joe package (green). NOt really sure which came out first.
