Best glue to reseal cards??

What is the best glue to reseal vintage Gi Joe on cards? I have an airtight and barbecue whose bubbles have lifted up and need to reseal them.

I find a clear glue stick works well, but apply it to the bubble not the card. I'm assuming it's not to repack a figure but to seal a custom figure on a custom card?

its for custom carded figures, and a small spot on one of my fintage cards that has lifted i just want to seal it back down < is a clear stick the best way?
