Question about case ratios

A friend of mine went to walmart last night.He found 2 cases of 25ths.The lady there let him go through the cases and get what he needed.Heres the question...The cases were labeled wave 3,but they had W2 and W3 in the box.Out of 2 cases there were no Lady Jayes or Serpentors.I know the ratio numbers get screwy,those cases don't make any sense to me.

There have been a few different revisions of the case assortment for wave 3 including Flint and some wave 2 figures. The cases your friend looked through were probably one of these revisions

Yeah, I checked Target and WM yesterday and they both had the same cases, Flint, Beach Head, Lady Jaye, Cobra Commander, Serpentor, Firefly, Red Ninja, and Cobra Trooper. 1 of each fig as Target had 2 cases(2 of each fig) and WM had 3 cases( 3 of each fig).
