Need help in shrinking figure heads

Hi,

Does anyone know someone who can commission to shrink 12 inch large scale heads down to GI Joe 3 3/4 scale heads?

I was hoping to get a couple of these done.

Asphalt used to do shrinkage. I do believe that Onyx also does some of this. Other than than, I am not sure if any of the 'casters' work with shrinkage.
