HTS shipping exclusives that went on sale last week.

Hey fellow HissTankers I was lucky enough to get some exclusives purchased on 7/18/12. I know it usually takes a couple days for HTS to ship. I was wondering if anyone has had their orders ship yet?

I did not get the helicarrier. I ordered a Hiss, both Jinxes, xforce, MOE. I also ordered a dirpy the next day since my wife got caught up in my HTS refreshing madness.

I had two separate orders. One was one of each Jinx, the other was a Shockwave H.I.S.S. and a Helicarrier. Each order had a v43 Duke(from POC) in the cart, and only the Dukes have shipped thus far. I got a precharge on my credit card for both complete orders, but those precharges have disappeared. The Dukes plus his portion of the shipping costs were charged.

My order status on both is listed as "Partially Shipped" on the HTS orders page.

BTW - HTS's return address says Chino, California. So if you're on the east coast or south it's safe to say it might take an extra day or two.

Still haven't shipped my order either, and I had recieved an email directing me to call customer service due to an issue with my order (old billing address on file) and after confirming my billing address, the customer service rep said she would allow the order to enter the warehouse. That was on the 18th, so hopefully it will ship sometime this week.

I ordered Joe and Marvel items and all are pending shipment. I'm glad this is across the board, I was curious as well.

I bought all the Joe, SW and Marvel stuff. They e-mailed me yesterday saying they couldn't process my order and needed to verify my card information. When I called they were there, even though their e-mail said they should've been closed 4 hours ago. They said they needed to voice verify because the cost of the purchase was so high. So, because of this snafu, my stuff hadn't been shipped yet. Make sure to check your e-mails if you placed a large order. The e-mail also said if I didn't call in 5 days my order would be cancelled.

I had to call yesterday. I called the day I ordered because I made a mistake on the month of expiration on my CC due to rushing. I meant to select 8 and apparently selected 7. They told me it was all set and then I got the email yesterday. The guy said they needed the CV# again so I gave it to them. He said it was all set now and it would be released to the warehouse. It should ship this week.

Last year it took 10 and 11 days before they shipped my two SDCC orders and a total of 15 days from placing the order before they arrived by FedEx. They went from California to Pennsylvania. Don't hold your breath.

Come to think of it when I was ordering the 25th figures years ago it could take up to 5 business days for them to ship orders. This is always my favorite time of the year and probably the most stressful time of the year. I haven't been able to collect club exclusives yet due to I just joined last month. I can only image how hectic that is!

I had this happen as well, I think if it happened to both of us it's probably not a problem. Perhaps the pending charge doesn't last very long.

That happened to me last year. When you first place an order they do a temp charge to make sure the card is active/legit. It will go away because there is a long delay between your order and when they ship. They charge you when it ships.

That makes sense, then. I usually use paypal but I saved all my card info in the HTS profile so I could rapid fire purchase a red Jinx during the SDCC release melee. My wife would be excited if the order was canceled by HTS, it would mean more shoes for her.

Last year I think orders that had the same credit card information, address, or name were scrutinized.

I think if someone made multiple orders it must have been flagged for review to make sure no duplicate items were included in the second order. I made two orders, the first on Wednesday for the Derpy and MoE set, the second on Thursday for one of each Jinx. I received a shipping confirmation for the first order, but not the second.

Relax, mine just got flagged to be shipped at like 2 a.m.and I ordered Wednesday. I used a paypal account on two separate orders on the same day. The only difference is that I had two different names and two different addresses. Yours may just be delayed due to the time of the order or making sure you didn't double order. No cancellation notice means you're good for now.

Anyone else still waiting on a Wednesday order? I called them yesterday and they said it's been "released for shipping" and should ship within 24-48 hours. But I also called them on Saturday because they sent me an e-mail saying I had to verify my credit card info by phone due to the large size of the order. And they said they same thing about it being "released" on Saturday. Yet it's still marked not shipped and I've received no shipping notice.

Mine has not settled still. Frankly I dont even know how much I am being charged. The pending amounts are for the full orders + shipping + tax, but what was shipped was a part of the order after cancellation. Nowhere in the order status does it say how much I was invoiced for.

Yeesh, gungho, just read about your cancellation story. That's what I'm worried about, some employees fumbling and bumbling my order up so that they're sold out of my items before my order gets shipped, and then they e-mail me some dumb excuse like "we'll order these for you when they come back in stock." Unfortunately for your sake I doubt that will ever work out, because if they do come back in stock, the HTS employee will never see it in time before they sell out again. It sounds like they're working through a very standard type of customer service now and are not understanding the urgency of resolving these problems due to the limited nature of the SDCC items. There is no reason they couldn't reinstate your order since the items they cancelled from your order had not been put back up for sale yet and they must have them. If the employees are relying on literally logging into the consumer site and ordering stuff for people, which I believe is exactly what they do for phone orders, then these problems will never get resolved. They need to be working outside the existing web site system and making stuff happen for real.
