Hasbro recently showed off the GIJOE Concept Vault at JoeCon 2012. These figure were part of unused characters and updates to existing ones that Hasbro decided not to produce. Some of these figures may never see the light of day, but here is your chance to make some noise and vote for your favorite GIJOE Concept Vault characters.

Hit & Run. I have no reference for a Snake Ninja Master. Is that the bright green one? I'd like to see better versions of everyone included in the Attack of Cobra Island pack. Wet Suit needs justice!
