I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where i could go to get correct size bins or non acidic plastic bags to store my figs. Any feedback will be helpful, thanks.

I'll help! There's some nice bags from Walmart right now in the jewelry/craft section from Darice. I'm using the 4x6 even though theyre too big for RAH they're nice for ME or ROC since they hold filecards and the spring launchers. If you're bagging RAH or figures with small accessories try the smaller one. I'm using 30 gallon or so totes to hold my bagged figures; you'll have to see how many bagged figures you have to see what size bins you need.

Any comic book shop should have some acid free comic book bags and possibly even zip style bags.

If you don't mind ordering then you can try Bags unlimited or try your local hobby lobby.

On a side note, if you're in need of storing carded figures, a simple and cheap method is to place the carded figure into an acid free comic book bag with an acid free comic book backing card. It's a trick people in the 90s used to store a large amount of figures without spending too much.

bagsunlimited.com. Very good to deal with. This will at least give you an idea of what's out there.

The Container Store, where I get all my large, clear, plastic boxes to store my figures in.

Target used to carry these perfect bins for 4" figures. Now you can only get them at Amazon. I use the Sterilite 6 qt bins with the plum/purple latches. You'll get about 30 figures per bin and they stack nicely on top one another and fit well into the cheap plastic/ pvc shelving units found in home improvement stores. I get thee bins high and 4 across per shelf for 4 shelves. Because I use the bins I don't go crazy with the bags. I use ziplock snack bags for the figures before putting them into the bins. Sandwich bags for the few figures with bulky gear.

Target has medium size plastic containers that the lid locks on for only $1.99. It is called RE Room Essentials and measures 11 x 6.5 x 2.75 inches and is made by Sterilite. UPC# 73149 96109
