This will be a poll which pits Cobra and the Terran Empire Against GI Joe and the UFP.
The Mirror Universe is trying to conquer this one. The Evil Terran Empire has allied with Cobra against the United Federation of Planets to try to conquer both Universes. The United Federation of Planets has been Joined by the Joes. Who do you think has the advantage?

and when everyone was in place he sets it off with a remote killing everyone instantly.

Unless cobra is under new leadership they alone would accidentally bring themselves down along with the Terran empire. All the Joes and federation would need to do is walk in and claim victory.

I heard this idea is the basis for the Retaliation reshoots. That they have completely flushed the script and opted for a Star Trek based formula where there was a transporter or holosuite accident where all hell breaks loose in the "dark mirror" universe.

I just hope Major Kira gets her muff eaten out by Lady Jaye!
