Eventhough she was a Twilight fan...ugh...it is still a tragic situation. So to all who are going or who are already there, be carful.

Does anyone ever stop and think that someone would make a post like that just to get a rise out of people?

Sheesh guys...calm down.

It was a bit of a shit article given that half of it is promoting the film...tacky bit of reporting. I feel for her family.

Was she hot?

She was 53 dude. And a Twilight fan!
Grown ass women who are into teen vampire/warewolf romance novels are just about the saddest shit I can think off!

Thats like the exact gender opposite of grown men who are into collecting toys or some shit! ........wait......awww crap!

Just once I would like have a Comic Con where nothing bad happens. Too much bad luck goes on at these Comic Cons

dudes stabbing each other in the eye with pen over some stupid seating

now we got a woman in her 50s getting run over.

Can we go a full day without any bad luck at all for a Comic Con?

I wonder if she was a Jacob or a Edward chick.

I'm up late and confused here, was she waiting in line for comic con or for the movie? If she was waiting in line for the movie what does this have to do with Comic Con? Will all stabbings, shootings, beatings in or around San Diego have to be attributed to Comic Con?

Condolences for her and her family.

According to the article she was already in line for Thursday's panel about the movie. Apparently some of the actors would be there.

Technically it hasn't officially started yet.

And since it's a 4 day convention and so far there's only two incidents (last year and this one), I'd say we can go a full day.

With the amount of people involved, lucky there isn't more incidents. I think it says alot that you can have 75,000+ people in a small space without fights, stabbings or other things. More needs to be said about that.

Her cats will miss her.

That will be a new news article in about a week or so on how 35 cats were abandoned at a trailer park home. The owner left for the 2012 San Diego Comic Con never to be seen again. The home is reeking of cat feces and urine and the poor things are starving because now they have no owner. So now future Comic Con will have to be cancelled due to the lives that are at risk because of comic book and toy collectors. Man, this is going to have a domino effect.

What a tragic loss of human life. Very sad. My thoughts and feelings go out to all involved; from the friends and family of the woman we've lost to the operator of the motor vehicle who inadvertently struck her down. Hopefully we can all take something positive away from this upsetting event that we can use to better our lives here in this world.

something positive something positive.......

one less person in line?

ok ok so before i get lynched all jokes aside it was tragic. It probobly could have been avoided and my thoughts and prayers in all seriousness to her family. One thing the article wasnt clear on whas how it happened. was she jaywalking or tripped on the sidewalk into traffic? i could not make that out around all the movie plugs. deffently a piss poor article. I guess it was written on the fly?
