i've been waiting to finish Keel Haul for a while and i've finally got him done, i'm surprised Hasbro didn't make him or maybe they will release him with the new U.S.S. Flagg, anyway let me know what you think

Articulation wise... if you cut a little plastic from the elbows these arms will work just fine... and to avoid paint chipping is good to do this too.
