30th Outback by ceraurus

This hadn't been on my list of immediate customs to work on, but the idea popped in my head so I worked on it anyway. The head is POC Jungle Duke with some sculpting--the size and the squarer jaw led me to sculpt this instead of use the 25th Outback head. Since the head has the Duke scar on his cheek, I went with it. Maybe he fought a bear.

The camo pattern is my second try on it--I was really unhappy with my first attempt. I cut the center strap off the harness so it wouldn't cover up the t-shirt lettering so much. I can pull the strap over so the entire thing can be read, but it moves back easily.

That is just perfect. The head in particular is great! Woodland camo is a great choice for him. One of the best customs that I've seen.

I love your stuff. And not to sound conceited but I seem to always think along the same lines customs-wise as you except I don't have the sculpting talents that you do. i just do LBC's and a small splash of paint.

I do wish that you would cast some of your heads though this one and your 30th Clutch especially.

Incredible job! As a child, this was my favorite figure that I actually had. I was always a Shipwreck fan, but that toy was as elusive as they come.

Outback, i actually had! I dressed as him for Halloween in 1987! I thought I was the only one who was such a fan of this guy!
