My Take on Zartan, He's gunna drive 1 of my Mean Dogs, just a quick parts n paint. helmet is from VVV but cant remember who, shoulder pads? I got at Sacramento Gi Joe show, POC zartan,pac is POC, Binoculars are BBI, I just have too much fodder to remember it all, sorry, hope you guys like him...
