It's been a while...
COBRA and G.I. Joe continue to wage their war...lives have been lost, people have been forever changed.
Barrel Roll and Blackout have gone head-to-head, but now Barrel Roll has a new enemy to face. General Hawk is no longer in charge of the G.I. Joe team, but he has his own group of recruits to lead into the fire.
