No, he's talking about the Yellow Stalker that was a variant in Wave 3 of the 25th Anniversary line. A lot of ppl seem to confuse the one that came with the MASS Device set and the real one. Here's a pic of the one he's talking about with the normal version of Stalker and the fixed crotch version:

During the first week it was in the stores. I don't think at that point any one knew which one was more rarer. I wanted the green one. Saw the yellow one at one store on a toy run and then the green one at another store later that day. Thought I would offer the yellow up for sale to allow another collector to get it at cost instead putting on ebay or returning it. I think maybe General Joes was one who bought it.

Never even heard of this variant. Makes sense though, I didn't have Hisstank until early 2009. I only ever saw the green one and at that point I wasn't hunting joes. That was just because I worked at Walmart. Still a badass action figure.
