Part suggestions for Co-Worker

Saw this pic on my co-workers wall from a former job he had. I thought it would be cool to swap it with a custom figure and see if people noticed. Anyway... so far I've just made a rough "card" art (2 nights of work). At this point I'd like some suggestions on figure parts. I've never made a custom so the more stock (ie from other Gi Joe figures or readily available figures) the better.

Body-wise, i would use Renegades Tunnel Rat/Law torso and upper arms, Renegades Ripcord Lower arms, and ROC Ninja Commando Snake Eyes/City Strike Duke Legs. Paint your legs and lower waist choc chip camo, paint match the upper arm skintone to match the ripcord forearms. The head could be done with a Renegades Ripcord head,sculpted hair, and roc baroness sunglasses.

Mail in Doc's head would work, he even has the glasses. ROC Desert Duke has the legs for this, I think.

Couple of quick questions.
1= How good is your painting? I dont paint well, so I would try and look for a pair of cammo pants with black shoes (think TRU had a set with desert cammo).
2= How accurate are you going, because the head, torso and arms listed above should really get you where you want.

crowncoke: I don't need it too look perfectly correct, BUT, the balance will be between what figures/parts I have and what ones I have to buy. I think the above gets me going though. My painting... hm, never painting figure before so I'm sure it will look BAD!

head- movie ripcord with indy mutts glasses ( mutt with motorcycle set )
torso and upper arms - movie hawk
lower arms- renegades ripcord
legs- movie duke

Definitely a friend/co-worker. On this whiteboard there is a collage of wacky photoshop'd images of people we work with super imposed on celebrities and tv shows...

But yeah, it would be freaky if it was some co-worker. They totally know I'm into comic-con and comics and pop art so they would just pass it off as... just another of my crazy art projects.
