paypal? Whats up with it today.

So since yesterday I have been trying to buy a Gygor off some dude on ebay but Paypal is broken. Can anyone fix it? How would you fix paypal?

Well when you are all trying to use paypal later you'll be like "hey didn't CC say something about this?" And Ill be like yes I did.

Well, paypal issues can't be helped by us at the 'tank. You're better off trying to contact their customer service (or what passes for it).
