I had to get my blood tested this morning and the clinic wrapped both my arms in that non-sticky, but super clingy bandage wrap tape. After taking it off and wadding it up to throw away I noticed it looked interesting. I unwound a few inches and cut it into small strips.

The cool thing about this tape is that it's cloth, removable, leaves no residue and comes in a bunch of different colors, I'll try painting it to see how well it holds paint, but I used the two colors they used on my arms, light blue and neon green.

I'm sure you can find it at the store, or save some the next time you donate or get blood tested. Wrap just like they do with other weapons around any weapon you want and it gives it the camouflage look. I really like it.

That's a pretty good idea as well. A while back, I used teflon tape (for sealing threads on water connections) on a rifle. This is the only picture I can find.

Pretty simple, mostly kitbash.

Legions Storm Shadow head, painted red.
Snow Serpent Officer body, shoulder fur trimmed off.
Pilot Destro (Resolute comic pack) leggings web gear modified.
Duke bandolier.
Resolute Cobra Trooper helmet, bottom trimmed and painted.
Firefly goggles

That tape does break down after a few years, I have some that became a mushy mess just sitting in a box, in the house not a storage shed with heat and whatnot.
