I was wondering the same thing myself. There is another character next to the unreleased 30th Zartan that looks kinda like a dreadnok but I dont recognize them at all.

With the swimming gear just behind him, I kinda think that first guy is the nomad naval joe trooper.

The swamp viper headed one would have made a killer update to a trac-viper for driving the new hiss.

Notice that the fang boat driver swamp viper has this head and clutche's body? It looks like they mixed and matched the driver heads and bodies when they finalized the figures. So sad that it all of the drivers at least appeared to have full articulation at some point.

That entire concept case just goes to show u that it's not the designers, its the bean counters that are killing the line.

I'm feeling kicked in the gut like everyone over all the things shown in the concept/unavailable case. It proves the creativity is there only if all the blockades would step to the side and get this merchandise to store shelves. Makes me wonder why the 30th anni. figurines' can't at least make it out to the shelves. So much going on there and the money that could be made for Hasbro. Please Hasbro..for Gods sake get this merchandise to the shelves. Those vehicles like the HISS,Iron Wolf,and the two flying vehicles are awesome!! The Renegades vehicles are SWEET!! Alright,I've done my begging. Yo Joe!!!!

Wow, I had no idea nitro viper was remolded from someone else. Track viper is pretty awesome. He def should have been the driver for the new hiss if they already had that head. I can't even think of what the driver with that vehicle looked like.

It has been reported as both Trac and Nitro Viper. I'm not sure there was ever an official name for him since he was turned into the Swamp Viper abomination.
