Today (June 29), which would have been Retaliation day in theaters, FotD has Wave 1 figures for sale. It's not a bad price for those of us who missed them in stores. Once they sell out, they're gone, however, if they sell out before noon PT, then they'll put up a Striking Deal (which most likely will also be a GI Joe themed item).
