That's the truth. For those of us who can't go it's that or don't get them. I haven't seen con many items from 2007 and beyond come down in price over time. I had to go to ebay for my con set and though I paid well above the club price I haveonly seen the con sets go up from there. I held off on the international figures from 2009 only to see them skyrocket above my price range.

That would be some of best extras ever! I don't understand why they don't do these, it's some of the few they can actually do accurately with existing parts. However, I'd be willing to bet if they did do them, they just couldn't resist the urge to re-imagine them.

The golden ticket guys are supposed to be able to get 3 of everything (2 extra sets). If the club allows those jokers to double dip the line and hit thursday morning also and those of us arriving for pick up on thursday night find out the extras are sold out... I already made the trip last year, was able to get there saturday morning and everything was sold out. We shall see.

The pickup for those that had taken a tour is tonight. The convention exclusives are in the Brochure/Guige/comic that they ill get tonight at/around 6 pm cst. We will know tonight waht the exclusives are as long as someone posts them on here. The Convention actually starts tomorrow evening at 4pm cst for the Golden Ticketeers to start registering and picking up their sets. The Club Store opens at 5pm CST for those Golden Ticketeers and at 6pm cst for the regular attendees. Also, the next day, the Golden Ticketeers also get to jump ahead of everyone that has not registered yet for the Club Store at 10:30 AM. Those are the big perks of having a Golden Ticket. It is likely that they can get 6 or more sets of all of the attendee exclusives.

That's the deal I'm considering as I'll be able to buy two Feetlooses after registering my girlfriend for the con.

In addition to MOC Footloose for MOC Dial-Tone, I'm also hoping to do a OG/IG boxed or bagged set for a Mission Brazil II boxed or bagged set. I really only want the Joes, so I am certain I can get at least those for a bagged OG/IG set.

I'm waiting to see what the rest of these con items are, because it will help me figure out what I need to throw together for a TTT Slaughter and I also need to pick up Zarana still.

No, those 50 people get to stand on the roof of the hotel and help participate in throwing the figures off the roof. All attendees are allowed to stand at ground level and attempt catching a parachute figure, but only after all the little kids get one first.

And the Python Stinger is NOT the same item as what this Snarler is either! The attendee bonus item (OG Snarler - 2012, Armadillo - 2011, etc., etc.) usually go for $35-$60. The Python Stinger and Python Moccasin were the large vehicles and those usually go for $145 and beyond.

And the Python Stinger is NOT the same item as what this Snarler is either! The attendee bonus item (OG Snarler - 2012, Armadillo - 2011, etc., etc.) usually go for $35-$60. The Python Stinger and Python Moccasin were the large vehicles and those usually go for $145 and beyond.

Hmmm....the OG vehicles sound cool. I'm actually hoping they aren't, since I'm not attending the convention. Of course, not having any new Joe product on shelves till next year might free up some funds for the OG stuff.

Is this the first year that a "GI Joe" team figure hasn't been a part of the set or any of the exclusives? Not really counting the Footloose as he seems like a bonus item not necessarily tied to the OG vs IG theme. Unless he's in the comic somehow, but haven't made it that far yet.
