Retaliation CC fixes by Mermaniel

Hey guys,
Here are some easy fixes. Gave him ROC Dr lower legs. Cut off the kneepads, glued them on these and painted. Also gave him Retaliation SE hands. Perfect match with his webgear.

Easy but looks way better IMO.
