Hey dudes, I know that there is a dedicated customs section, but I figured that Sigma fans tend to post their figure mods/resculpts/customs in this section, so here we go!
I reckon all of us want that unproduced Adventure Team series 2 figure, so I figured the only way I'd have a Colton is with a custom. The body is Flint, the head is a resculpted Frontal Assault Duke. The canoe is from H.M. Forces.

Coming from an avid sigma 6 fan, seeing this inspires me to try my hand in making my own colton (seeing as to how we're not going to likely see this out in the wild). Though i doubt i'd make anything close to what you did.
Awesome job sir!

That looks great! I would love to have had the last few figures of Sigma Six in my collection, especially Scarlett! I even tried to get Neal Hoffman(from Hasbro) to take her out of the case and let me hold her for a picture at JoeCon in 2007 but he said they couldn't do it. :(

I'm a huge S6 fan & that is one of the best I've seen yet. I wanted that Colton fig when I heard about it and was bummed when the line was canceled out from under me. Great work, I'd buy that in a heart beat if I found it in the store.

Very nice. Flint was one of the few ones I actually bought for my step son.

Thanks for all the kind words, guys! I really appreciate it! I've added a close up pic, sadly indoors, not out in the middle of the wilderness. I've got loads more customs to snap pics of!

Simple but effective. And your sculpting is so clean and sharp. Kudos! I wish I was half as good--then I would have to buy so many expensive Japanese Final Fantasy dolls just to steal their heads!

I am honoured, man! Same thing for me, I LOOOOOVE Sigma Six, and torture my self regualrly by looking again and again at the pics of those figures we didn't get... The line was at it's best towards the end, the Adventure Team figures are some of the best figures I have ever owned. I so wish we had got Joe, Scarlett, Zanzibar, Iron Fist, heck, the whole lot!
SIGMA SIX FOREVER! WOO!

Thanks, man! Pretty much all the customs I've done are based on classic Joe and Cobra characters, because it's the characters and history that I love so much.

I am truely honoured by your words. Your customs are consistently innovative and most impressive. I always check the Sigma section of the 'Tank before anywhere else, in the hopes of seeing more of your customs.

Thanks, man! I'm really tempted to get more Small Soldiers heads to see what other characters I can make!

Thanks so much for the kind words, guys! Yeah, the dog tag is a recuring part of the Adventure Team figures, I put it on him more to connect him to the other figures than out of aesthetic value.
Monte, I am honoured. As a long time Sigma supporter and an epic customiser that you are, I salute you, sir!

That's awesome man! There is a huge difference between making a Sigma Six custom and a ME custom and you totally nailed it! I only say this because I'm making a Sigma 6 custom right now and you sort of have to throw everything out the window about what you've known and learn a totally new process! I'm also sculpting on mine and I know it's a lot of fun, but it's also time consuming. So kudos to you man and keep up the great work!

I stumbled on this custom by accident. I don't know mach and never really cared about Sigma 6 to be honest. Pretty much the only ones I've seen before are Monte's as I'm a fan of his stuff.
This though I absolutely love. It's awesome. It fits right in there of my idea of GI Joe while reminding me of Action Man that I had as a kid.
I loved it so much the first thing I started to do was make a list of parts to do a 1:18 version.
Once again brilliant stuff :).

Thanks, dude! I know what you mean, the sigma style is quite unique! It really is the sand-fill-paint-sand-fill-paint method. LOADSA sand papering!

Thanks, man, you're the sigma photographing king! I've got a few of those kayaks, if you want one, drop me your address in a PM and I'll post one to ya for free!

Thanks, man! I really wanted to get that 60's/70's adventure feel to it, the 'climb a mountain and find an albino gorilla' kinda vibe! I've got a flocking machine if you want to go super old school with the 'real beard' angle on your Colton!
