So for as long as Ive been collecting Ive been an opener. Never had any use for packaging and whenever I came home with a new toy it would be freed of its cardboard and plastic prison as soon as humanely possible. But since Ive gotten back into Joes I can't bring myself to open them. I know part of it is because I haven't come up with a good display solution yet, but it's also because I just REALLY like the cards. The artwork on the 25th anniversary and a lot of the POC/30th figures is just awesome and I'd really like to save and display the carbacks but first I need to figure out how to get the bubble off without trashing the card, so...
Anyone have advice on how to go about doing this? Ive thought about solvents like Goo B Gone but was worried it would ruin the art. Would steam work without warping the card to much? I figure someone on here has to have done this before, so any ideas?
