Hello I am currently working on the script for a future diostory titled Operation Downfall. (also my username) It takes place in modern day where cobra has successfully invaded the united states. After several Major defeats in American counterattacks the president orders G.I.Joe with its experience fighting cobra to spearhead the American Counter offensive in and around New York City which is currently being used as a staging area for the 3.5 million strong Cobra Expeditionary force led by Major Bludd and is heavily defended by anti aircraft guns, s.a.m.s and about . Right in the center of the madness is Fox Company Led By Grunt, Beachead, and Airtight it includes Clutch, Breaker, Lifeline, Low light, Tripwire, Recondo, Footloose and more. Not only do the Joes have to fight without air support but the D.O.D. gave them an ultimatum, retake New York Within one month or the whole city will be nuked whether the Joes are still fighting or not.
