What are you doing this weekend? S.L. Gallant, Herb Trimpe and other G.I. Joe alumni would answer that question by saying, "I'm going to Heroes Con!" Heroes Con 2012 is celebrating its 30th year of bringing comics and pop culture to the Charlotte, NC area. The show always has a great guest list, but this year S.L. Gallant, Herb Trimpe and others are in attendance...oh and Stan Lee but he didn't work on G.I. Joe.

I'm hoping to get both Trimpe and Gallant signatures tomorrow.
I may also splurge and get Robert A Kraus prints of Joe characters tomorrow as well. I bought a Ghost Rider today--fitting since Gary Friedrich is attending. Kraus's card also lists his website. His work is cute which is an odd thing to say about Cobra Commander.
