What non mainstream character would you most want in modern form?

Ok, the title says it all: What non mainstream character would you most want to see made in the Modern Era style? The 2012 Convention Exclusive set will pretty much cover my personal pipe dream for most of the Oktober Guard; which makes me very happy. But, one character I loved as a kid was Big Ben. He had a very realistic military look about him. Great colors, great weapons, etc. I mean he looked like he was on "loan" from the British Special Air Service( S.A.S. ). Yet, he is far from a fan favorite, or that easily recognized. I think if Hasbro put just a little money into a new head, web-gear, and accessories he would make an awesome figure. Besides, we are soon to have the Russian version of G.I. Joe( The Oktober Guard ), so it would be great to get a Brit as well. :)
