1990 General

Well Here we go,
I am rebuilding and upgrading (slowly) a 1990 General. Started with Flat blacking the top Pieces, so they Match, Panzer greyed the exterior, in a mottled camo, Flat Aircraft greyed the interior. Now I am highlighting the Cockpit gauges, and the engines (see pic's) the its off to more, going to remove the Interior Motar Launcher, and flatten the interior. I am going to try to mount the MMS system inside or make that bay an armory/weapons bay., that is going to take a lot of time, and square out the side bays for a comms unit and med bay. if you have done anything like this with a general please let me know so I can make it, and have less screw ups. also any info on Decal sites or a spot on how to make decals would be cool.

Cool. The closest I ever came to a General was when I decided to make a full-sized copy of it made from foamboard... However AFTER I cut the pieces out I realized I had made a mistake in size and they were too small for a General... However, I decided to assemble them anyway and created a half-sized vehicle I dubbed "The Colonel" which I used as a mobile minibase.
