Are the DG Cobra Officers Black or Dark Blue?

I want to say that the uniforms are Dark Blue like the original or even the Sideshow 12-Inch Cobra Officers, but they appear black to me. My mind is telling me differently based on nostalgia and want i guess.

They do have a tint of grey on them when you put a bright light on them.

I have 12 and all are black, no blue detceted....only blue I see is on my POC CObra Troopers and POC Shock Troopers...
