Not at all dude. I LOVED BfME 1 and 2. Never played rise of the Witch King. Kinda regret trading it in...there really wasnt another RTS that i enjoyed more. So many fond memories of both games.

I'm a huge RTS fan. I have all the Warcrafts (well, not the first). Played the entire Command and Conquer series. Battle for Middle Earth is still my favorite Game. It was everything BfME1 was supposed to be and more, and Witch King was a worthy expansion. But... good old Windows 7. Can play I, not II.

Recommend Command & Conquer Generals. Generals 2 is coming out next year. Would kill for EA to put out a GI Joe RTS game. Generals is half way there already.
