Half win by dad

I have the coolest dad! He is after all the reason I love G.I. Joe. He used to give me mail in Sgt Slaughters because he had so many of them. He also used to give me the vehicles because he only collected figures. Anyway he surprised me with a package yesterday and here's what came. I was expecting mom's cookies and was a little disappointed but I still think he did a good job.

Currently I'm stationed in Barbados and unable to check out stores and such. Between being deployed and being stationed overseas I've missed everything from 25th to POC and beyond and have had to resort to ebay.

Also think it is worth noting that my dad doesn't read up on the latest joe news. He didn't know about the basic joe sets until I told him. Hasbro may be missing out by not trying to put these to where the casual collector can get a hold of them. I haven't asked him but I don't think he is getting any of the movie line although he has collected all joes in the 3 3/4 scale so he may be getting them.

In the last couple of months when I talk to my dad on the phone, he asks me "did you find the dollar Joes yet?". Lol!

Now to find my dad a batman toy he doesn't own yet, which is a harder thing to solve than Chinese algebra.
