Very Sigma Six Jungle SE looking! Great work man!

Pretty cool custom. One slight critique... I'm not sure if his neck should be exposed, there might realistically be too much scarring there too. But it is a great figure and concept!

Yo fucking Joe. That's awesome.

Reminds me of those M.A.S.K. adventure packs that came out near the end of that line:

I really like this except for one little detail. If it's supposed to be Snake Eyes, he needs the Arishikage tat on his right forearm.

I've never really been into jungle SE but I do like this figure

It's nice to see a SE that isn't all black and ninja-y.

Unfortunately he's gonna be spending an inordinate amount of time pulling those swords out of the underbrush.

I think all he needs is the Arashikage tattoo on his forearm, and he's good to go!

Like that camo on his pants and that backpack is realy great. Very creative take on SE, its rarity to see him other than black and thats what I like the most, you broke the rule and you take SE on the different level (in very positive meaning).
Good Job mate!!

I love the detail on the chest armor. It looks almost real.

Thanks guys.
I love Snake Eyes as a character but he,s mostly in black an gets a bit boring, so i had to give him a new paint job, as a ninja he should know the benefits of camoflage.

looks good, but i would have gone with different legs. Plus, he's humping too much gear...

maybe elias will carry some for him?

If you mean the swords and ST stun baton, I agree.

If you mean the pack, I can show you Vietnam era LRRP and SEAL photos that would make your back hurt.

I recently watched a special about Cambodian rangers who travel into their rich jungles to engage drug traffickers and destroy these small camps where they extract a tree sap used for ecstasy and I was amazed how little they carried with them. Small pack with machete and an assault rifle for up to a week in the jungle.

Anyways, I really like the colors used for this guy.

A little different than non-indigenous combat troops in a full-up war situation, but I see what you're saying. I still say it's not a really valid complaint. More Joe customs could do with some care with thoughts to actual things like rucksacks, pouches and canteens.

Oh yeah, the hook swords and batons would be a waste of time imo. I would think se would be packing a medium length sword to do his ninja thing with, a couple of knives (one for combat, and a good utility), and then his primary weapon (something packing enough punch to go through brush or intervening foliage without losing kinetic kill potential).

I'm sure you could, in fact i have seen my share.

Here in lies my point though, i don't see SE as a lrrp troop or carrying out any kind of extended jungle warfare. I see him as more of a human cruise missile. You find him a target, set him on his path, and things vaporize. Jungle snakeeyes would insert, proceed to target asap, and neutralize. I would gear him up with a ruck, combat kit as above, and whatever else he needs i would expect him to find, make, or acquire from hostiles.

They're non indigenous troops engaged in guerilla warfare. There were a lot of operators that adapted to these methods in the later stages of Vietnam as well.

I'd just rather see one like this (pack wise) than SE running around with a saya-backpack. I know my Jungle SE is a lot more "high speed-low drag" than my comments would suggest. Hell I didn't even bother with a sword.

Hey guys thanks for all the comments.
I didnt mean to break out a full on disscussion about what backpack or weapons he should or shouldnt have but their is another option, how about he sneeks around an assess the situation drops the pack chooses his weapons then makes his assault.
Good option or not?
