Battlefield 3 Premium

I'm not sure I want to purchase this service, I'll likely pick up the expansions for $15 if I even still play Battlefield later this year. I'm likely playing Black Ops 2 when it's out and I'm not into paying $50 for camo and dogtags....is there something I'm missing out on?

sounds like paying for the game twice if you ask me. all the updates are killing the fun of the game anyways.

oh don't forget you get a cool knife that kills the enemy.. just like the other knife

It's pretty much exactly the same as CoD Elite- early, pre-paid access to all the new map packs, additional clan support, tips, ability to reset stats on Battlelog, etc. Looks like a slew of other customization options coming down the line too, including weapon and soldier camos and some other stuff I wasn't really paying attention to, such as Double XP weekends.

Not really worth it unless you want some extra stuff and early DLC access. Again, just like CoD Elite.

I bought it by the way. Also have a code for a PS3 membership for sale/trade.

imo, its worth it, you save 10$ long run on the map packs and if you play decent amount, your most likely going to get the map packs any way the rest is just icing on vanilla cake so to speak. but watch out if your on 360 for the poser cobra clan, not the real deal whatsoever in any terms fun,competitiveness ect,ect,

I've got Close Quarters and going to skip Premium, I'm not sure I'll be playing BF3 once Black Ops 2 comes out.
