Retaliation Hiss V.6 with V.5 Tracks, interior& Canopy. Plus, a side-by-side comparison with the V.5:
I painted it with Krylon Fusion Satin from Wal-Mart. Was finished in less than 50 minutes to paint, sticker and convert the new tracks and new cockpit interior. I had to cut the bottom circle out to make the connector to the tracks and fuselage fit. I then bolted down the tracks to the fuselage in the later pics to keep the wait up front and to give the V.6 the right look when it is on it's tracks.
I would highly recommend picking this up as well as a V.5 for parts.
BTW, I do not like the look of the Miniguns hanging off of the back. I like them more-so on the sides above the tracks. Plus, in reality, it would seem to be too much weight for the tank itself with the tracks up front and to the middle. What do you like?

That looks nice. I was thinking of doing that with mine as well, but I wanted to keep my V5 intact so I got an extra set of V5 tracks that I'll just mod onto the Retalliation one, but if I had an extra V5 that was beat up, I woulda taken it apart completely and put the Retalliation shell over it.

How do the the guns hook to the retaliation hiss? Do they hook into the holes on the sides of the V5 hiss?

Why didn't I think of that?
I just made the switch and I like it a lot better!

Having the miniguns up by the turret kind of distracted the attention away from how cool the turret is on it's own. Like there was too much going on up there on the back of the tank.

I think I'll have to switch the machine guns too.

Yeah, just the side ports.

Go get that extra V.5 for the parts.

I stuck the guns upside down on the back end, it allows the turret to traverse as well. Loving all the ideas people are putting out with this HISS. It looks like it is not the dud everyone thought it was going to be.

Straight out of the box and put together/stickered per the instructions, it definitely is less than inspiring.
However, it's a really great platform and with some very little customizing the v6 HISS is actually pretty awesome (IMO).

Personally, I like the rubber looks of it. I really don't play with the tank rather than just display it.

I really want to, but I live in Canada...haha.
Basically, I wanted to open up the top of the V5 and Retalliation and stick the interior of the V5 into the retalliation and cut the hole in the bottom of the Ret one so that the mounting point can come out the same place and snap it onto the V5 tracks. I think that's what you did?

Yes, that is exactly what I did.
